This was our first time at this restaurant. Met there with family and we had a wonderful experience. We were a large party of 12 or 13. The staff were friendly and attentive. The food was delicious and the service impeccable. We will definitely go there again.

Jessica was our server for our 50th wedding anniversary lunch with family, and she was absolutely wonderful. She was incredibly friendly, kept our drinks refilled, and knew the menu inside and out.
We had a Stromboli, wings, and garlic knots — everything was delicious. And the desserts were amazing. The carrot cake was the best ever.
We couldn’t have asked for better service for such an amazing lunch.

Stopped by for a Sunday afternoon lunch, although this was our first time trying out this restaurant we were very happy with the service and the lasagna was the best I’ve ever had in my life, my son had the pizza sub with fries and he loved it.
Bring your appetite they’re really generous with the portions.

Wow the food here is the star of the show. It’s small and has a pickup window, which seems to get a lot of business. The server was nice. I wasn’t a fan of the atmosphere for dining in, small tables, small chairs and cleaning supplies left setting out and still not overly clean.

It’s a me, Mario!! I will say honestly that this is some of the best Italian hands down. We went out to eat here as a group and not a single one of us had a regret. The waiters were amazing, food was spectacular, and overall I’d give Luigi’s a 10 star if possible. Don’t believe any of these 1 star reviews. They are for a fact lying to you lol. They even have Cheesecake Factory deserts!!!!! I’ve not been able to find it anywhere outside of Columbus. Will definitely be eating here again!!!

Worst food ever!!! Ordered Ravioli for appetizer and it was NOT ravioli it was fried cheese squares. All the food was disgusting! The sauce is so watered down it has no flavor. Ordered Manicotti to go and it has ravioli sauce over it so we paid for it and left it. The place is filthy, wait staff filthy with no personality, it was freezing cold in there and The music was absolutely so loud you couldn’t hear. NEVER AGAIN!! What a waist of money.

We have been to this restaurant twice and the food was delicious both times. The marinara is very flavorful. I had a pizza bread sandwichon one visit and it was great. The helpings are generous and the staff is friendly. We will definitely be returning customers.

My wife and i have eaten here several times with great service in the past. It was definitely not the case today. Our waitress took our drink order which was a mountain dew and a diet coke. She brought me a lemonade and my wife a diet coke. She did switch the lemonade out for a mountain dew after i told her I had ordered a mountain dew. Your waitress (Jessica) did not write any of our order down to start with, but we have seen this before and thought nothing of it. We placed our order which was my wife’s small calzone with cheese, pepperoni, sausage, banana peppers and green olives. My order was a large meat lovers calzone with added jalapenos. After several other couples came in and got their food before us we got our food 35 – 40 minutes later which arrived in two to go boxes. My wife’s calzone didn’t have any pepperoni in it at all. My calzone didn’t have any jalapenos on it at all. It took us a couple times to stop her as she was walking right by us. We explained what was wrong with the orders and she said I typed it in right. They must have messed it up in the kitchen. I requested jalapenos to go, so that i could eat my food later with the jalapenos. She brought me a small container of them to go with my large calzone and i requested more since it is a large calzone. She apparently didn’t like that and frowned at my request. During this time there were other customers asking about their incorrect orders as well. (drinks and incorrect food orders) She eventually brought me another small container of jalapenos. She said that is the only container they have and that’s all she could give me. When paying my bill i had to ask for a receipt which showed she charged me $1.50 for the extra jalapenos and it wasn’t included on my original calzone order. This waitress will be costing you customers and money if she isn’t more responsible with your customers orders. When paying my bill I noticed she took off the drinks. I did not request this to be done. All we wanted was what we originally ordered to eat in at a booth. The order # was 18288 at the Milton location. We have eaten here many times in the past, but in the future when and if we eat there again and she is our waitress we will not be staying to eat. As with any restaurant if the service is terrible then therefore so is the tip. I tipped her 15 cents. i shouldn’t have tipped her anything really, but it was to make a point to her that her service was terrible.

Changing my review food is never the same one time you receive a lot of toppings next barely anything.. Sauce was perfect and didn’t over power the toppings! Toppings generous portions and being under the cheese, with the crust tastes like it was made fresh this was a 10 out of 10!! Was our first visit but it won’t be our last!!
