The pictures shown in the listing are not accurate. There is not a full store front. This location is a WINDOW to the RIGHT of the restaurant doors. We walked around the whole place until we actually found the window. I’m glad we did because the gelato was good! I really wish they had little wooden spoons instead of the plastic ones. The plastic is wasteful and both of our spoons broke within a few bites. The employee was very friendly and helpful 12/10/25 8pm

10/10 experience. Went for the first time today and received amazing customer service. I tried a few flavors and they were all delicious and creamy. I settled on two sorbets: champagne mango and pineapple honey lime! This is a great place to take your kids, and their flavored cones were a hit. I’m not a coffee person, but the beans smelled so good I will try it next time!

My son and I popped in today for Italian ice and Terry was so pleasant and welcoming. He immediately recognized we hadn’t been there before and explained the flavors they offer and offered us to sample before selecting. EVERYTHING we sampled was amazing and fresh. The aesthetics combines with the sweet treats make Luigi’s a perfect local getaway” that I will be sure to visit regularly.
Unfortunately, I ate all of my Champagne Mango cup before I thought to take a picture. Good reason to go back mid week!

we were welcomed right away, the gentleman who helped us was VERY helpful, kind & friendly and overall really sweet! he encouraged us to try all their flavors 10/10 btw all delicious and was very patient as we chose our flavors, i chose my 2 favorite fruits mango and strawberry 1000/10

We visited Luigi’s after dinner for a little dessert, and we were so glad we went! The owners were very kind, helped us figure out what flavor(s) we wanted and delivered a delicious Gelato.
I had the mascarpone and berries in a pink cone and it was delicious! We look forward to visiting again!

The place ambiance is peaceful and relaxing. The staff very nice and welcoming. The gelato was delicious, I had the Mango sorbet and my husband had the Butter Pecan gelato, both delicious. A very nice place to have your sweet fix

First time coming here. We were actually going next door to get car insurance & the gentleman,opening the store, invited us to come over after we were finished with the insurance. I’m so glad we did!! Very friendly & inviting staff. We tried different flavors. My husband got a strawberry shake & I got a Dulce de leche w/cookies Gelato. Absolutely fresh & delicious!! We love the cozy atmosphere. We definitely found our New “Go To” place & supporting our local business too ☕️

Mr. Luigi is one of the coolest guys you’ll ever meet! The atmosphere matches his energy. You get a laid back relaxing place with great jazz music. Perfect place to bring the family or work remote from. The champagne mango, passion fruit and grapefruit sorbets were light and refreshing which is perfect for a hot day in Houston. We will definitely be back. Come try them out you won’t be disappointed. Support small business
