my friends and i visited baltimore to tour a few universities for grad school and we decided to stop at this deli to grab a quick lunch. the food was immaculate. we got the meatball chub, two neros, a cheesecake, and a cannoli and everything was so delicious. additionally, the meatball cub was MASSIVE, big enough for two meals honestly. the prices were pretty good given the amount of food we received and the service was very fast. we ate right on the stools they had outside and even though it was cold, the experience was still quite enjoyable due to how hot our food was. we will definitely revisit this place if we ever find ourselves back in baltimore.

Love the sandwiches and how sweet they are to my dog. Very very underrated. Haven’t had one thing here I didn’t like. The Gamdolfini is particularly great.

I did not eat at this location, I ordered delivery.
First time ordering from Luigi’s, everyone raves about this place. I happened to be looking for something totally different on DoorDash when I saw them listed. The pictures looked inviting.
Hmm, was not my favorite sandwich ever. Maybe because it was just an Italian Cold Cut , it was too basic. The peppers and the dressing were nice. The bread was too dry/crumbly. Maybe I will try one of the other sandwiches next time.

11/14….I was working. I got hungry. Googled best sub in Hampden…Luigi’s popped up. Maaaaan LISTEN…this one will be REMEMBERED. Bomb.com. I mean everything in the sandwich from the bread to the condiments to EACH topping….was delicious. I would prefer lettuce over the Spring mix but NO COMPLAINTS. The peppered turkey, and provolone was a 10/10.
Thank you. I will be back.

Big fans of Luigi’s we’ve been ordering it from uber eats for years, never knew it was so close. The food has always been delicious and has become a staple of our lazy weekends around the house. Prices are affordable and the food is fantastic.

Me and my partner love getting Luigi’s on days we’re gardening! Their sandwiches, pasta salads, and selection of drinks and chips are all so yummy. We always get the scooch and Leonardo everyone who works there is so nice and it’s cute seeing neighbors gathered on the porch.

Three seats at a counter on the front porch and an order window, that’s it. That’s all you need when you make some killer sandwiches. Properly proportioned sandwiches made from great quality ingredients, good bread, and friendly folks at the window. The Gandolfini and Italian Cold Cut were both fantastic. A hint of sweetness in the horseradish sauce on the Gandolfini helped to tame the sinus-clearing spice and melded well with the robust beef piled high on a soft hoagie roll with just enough chew to keep your chompers satisfied. A healthy helping of hots on the Italian keeps this hefty helping of quality cold cuts perky, and the vinaigrette keeps it bright. I’m looking forward to coming back and trying even more sandwiches soon! It’s a must-visit if you’re in the neighborhood.

Heard about the Italian cold cut so I put it in my list. The sandwich was decent but not in the same realm as the other Baltimore spots (Trinacria, DiPasquales, Mastelleone’s). If you’re local and need a decent Italian, this is a good spot. The woman at the window was really nice. It’s all window service now.

Easily the best Italian sandwich in baltimore. Come for the meatball sub stay for everything else. There a couple decent veggie options as well. I really like that it is BYOB and right across from the wine source. Plenty of space to eat inside and outside. Don’t miss the back patio if it isn’t too hot.
