We wanted to experience the local pizza, and Luigi’s did not disappoint! Fast and friendly service, and they even have gluten free pizza! Which was delicious. If I’m ever passing through Atlanta again, I will certainly stop back at Luigi’s. (The downtown environment is super cute as well.)

Delicious food and good customer service. We had a party of five and food came out quickly. Our waitress was very friendly and greeted us with a smile each time she came to our table. If you are passing through or live in the area I encourage you to stop by Luigi’s Italian Restaurant in Atlanta, Texas

Jessica is a top notch waitress and the food was awesome. Spoke to one of the owners and he was very humble and gracious. We were visiting from Michigan for a graduation and a friend recommended Luigi’s. We highly recommend this restaurant also!

Drove up to Atlanta for business. Looked up somewhere online to go eat. We always like to try places that are not available in our town. Found Luigi’s on Google and went. Everyone was nice. The staff is probably high schoolers, which is fine except that they don’t have a lot of customer service experience. Our waitress was nice, but answered questions she obviously didn’t know the answer to. We got a child’s ravioli. I asked if it was “cheese” ravioli, and she told me yes. Well, it was beef filled. The only cheese is what was on top. We got the Olive Oil dip. I asked if it had balsamic vinegar in it, and she replied yes. It didn’t. I wanted to know the difference in a regular plate of lasagna and a child’s plate to compare prices and what i should get for my son. She really couldn’t explain that either.

We were very disappointed. We spent over a hour waiting on our food as other diners came and and left. After our waitress “M” brought us our second basket of bread, her first explanation for the delay was the kitchen made it a togo order, second explanation was the kitchen was short handed. It was Valentines and we arrived at 5:15 before the rush, and it looked that other diners were fine. I had the pizzaotoli and the sauce was hot (very hot) and thin like soup, and my wife’s chicken was tough. (Maybe microwaved after sitting awhile) The manager was not available, but was told by the cashier the manger would call that night or next morning. I did not get a call.

We had a wonderful experience. Our server was very sweet, the food was incredible and even though they don’t serve wine, you are welcome to take your own and they will open the bottle and provide the glasses. I will definitely return because there are so many dishes I want to try.
