It was my first time going and I was fairly soprised it’s pretty good pizza and the prices aren’t bad neither I myself got their large pizza got it within 15 minutes fresh out the oven as part of their special for $9.99 I wished there was a few more Pepperoni slices in it but for the price and quickness and taste it was well worth it, my only regret is I didn’t ask for it to be well done but that’s totally on me I prefer my pizza a little crispier to the bite, it’s worth a stop if your in the area

I ordered full slab of ribs ($40) for my father, a senior citizen and veteran. What was delivered was undercooked, pink meat that was clearly spoiled.
I called the next day (my father does not live with me) and was told to call back. When I finally spoke to Raul the owner, I explained the issue and requested a refund. After receiving unsafe food, I was not comfortable accepting an exchange.
The refund was refused. There was no accountability, no concern about food safety, and no willingness to investigate how spoiled meat was served.
This was my first and last order. I cannot recommend a business that handles a food safety complaint this way.

The service was very fast and the atmosphere was very inviting . The staff was very kind and inviting. Pizza tasted so good it was comforting to have a nice slice of pizza and the fries were so good not too salty but not undersalted. The food was priced good I loved the slice combo 10/10 from me

My Husband and I only ever order pick up and always get a pizza with cheese fries. This little spot was the best regarding pizza overall in the area since we prefer how the pizza is more thin crust here. We’ve tried all honestly from Pisans, Micheal Anthony’s, to Chely’s, and others but Lugano’s is still our to go to spot for pizza. Since moving into the neighborhood, we honestly order here at least once a week if we stay in or have people over and never been disappointed. The phone never rings more then three times for an answer and pizza is always ready or about to be in the given time. The guys here are the best!

Don’t order from here. Waste of my money the pizza is horrible, the ribs have no meat on them all fat, the pasta was decent, garlic bread doesn’t even looked cooked. Everything went to the garbage. My family and I would of been happier with Little Caesars which I still might have to order.

I haven’t been here in forever. Pizza was so dry I had to force myself to eat it. The cheese fries were so bad. I think the 711 next door has better pizza. The only good thing was the can of soda . I’m sorry but I’ve never had the worse tasting pizza and fries ever.
