Lucy’s Vietnamese is led by head chef Johnny Huynh who will bring fresh, delicious food to the neighborhood of Bushwick, in which he was born and raised. Huynh has honed his skills through years of working in Lower East Side kitchens and as well as at Smorgasburg. Restaurant is named after the woman who raised him — his grandmother, Lucy.
Vietnamese staples such as banh mi, pho & summer rolls are served at this unfussy, compact eatery.

Great vegetarian pho! I can’t speak to authenticity or meat options but the vegetarian pho has a strong flavorful broth. The tofu is yummy and seems to be lightly seasoned as well. Nice staff, food comes out quickly!
