I always order online here- usually it’s very good and my go-to when I’m sick. I ordered recently (brisket pho) and the meat was dry, and had discoloration as if it had gone bad. I was massively disappointed. I tried emailing to resolve the issue but no response. Waste of money

The intense aroma of this restaurant promises something more than what it delivers. Not bad but not quite great either. The Pho is not traditional as a bbq beef brisket and mushroom entry into the world of pho. The soup is great, the beef brisket is okay for me.

It tastes good, and the portions are reasonable for the price. Feels like pho for a western palette and if that’s what you’re looking for that’s what’ll you get here.

*vegan options seem like a rarity for Vietnamese places so that’s a plus

I just had the best Banh Mi I’ve ever had. In my opinion you can’t beat it when it has fresh local bread with smoked brisket. A solid meal that doesn’t leave you feel too full or still wanting more. It’s just right. They have outdoor and indoor seating, quick delivery, competent staff who manage the place. I recommend this place on my first experience. Lucy’s has a good vegan menu and many other options such as noodle soup, summer roles, drinks and more. Definitely check this place out.

The short rib is incredible. Smokey, juicy, perfectly tender meat that pairs so well with the pho and vermicelli. Why the four stars then? The prices are a bit steep for the portions, and one time I got the chicken spring rolls and they tasted like dirty sink water (or how that smells). Stick to the short rib and you won’t be disappointed!

The moment that sip of a broth touched my tongue, the standard of Pho has been set! That umami taste still lingers in my mouth and I knew I have found my go to place for a Pho. Clean finish! Banh Mi was divine, the smoked brisket…goodness! IT just melt in your mouth! Im curious to try everything on the menu!

I do not disagree with some reviewers here as their Banh Mi’s are pricey. But the Brisket Banh Mi I’ve ordered is quite good with Hoisin and Sriracha sauce. Also, the bottled coffee ☕ is great as well.

Happy to be able to find banh mi sandwiches that weren’t just pork and/or beef based! The chicken and tofu options were both tasty.

Their Vietnamese coffee is also really good!

This place is kind of silly. 17$ for a bowl of pho with smoked brisket. Ok, fine, the brisket is smoked 12 hours or something. But then they serve it with a “100 percent vegetarian” broth. Why not just serve it in a beef broth, like a traditional pho? Since they already went through the effort to make the beef? That would elevate the quality of the pho by double. Instead I am leaving half satisfied, and feeling like maybe I’ve been ripped off.

The management is so mean and selfish. I was SOOO hungry after a hard day’s work. Rushing to go and vote right next door to this restaurant. Saw this place and said let me try their food, took my last cash and ordered a meal, didn’t know the food doesn’t come with’ gravy’, you have to pay 6 dollars separately for the “gravy”. I was shocked. I asked to speak to the manager where i explained, that i just spent my last money to buy this meal, Can I please have some gravy because the food needs it, in order for me to enjoy it.. The manager looked me dead in my face and said no!, i have to pay for it. I was tourn apart, because to know in a time like this. Many are starving in this country and I took my last to support this business and he’s not compassionate to bless me with some gravy. makes me say, the world needs to know. this business doesnot deserve another dollar. because they are HEARTLESS!

The food is way too plain and does not taste like a Vietnamese meal. Perhaps that is the goal so if you are looking for a Vietnamese meal you will get a toned down version here. The place is nonetheless very popular. So a lot of people like it which is great

The staff are great and the tea is amazing.
There is sitting in doors for two large groups and outdoor booths as well.
