Ordered for take out and none of the dishes were good. I ordered Mu Shu chicken, it didn’t come with the pancakes or any plum sauce. I’ve never ordered this dish and not have them included. Ordered beef and vegetables, the meat was slimy and had a horrid flavor. My son refused to eat his dish as well, said it just tasted gross. Sadly we will not be returning.

I called in an order for takeout. Friendly and efficient on the phone and when I picked it up. Food was hot and packaged well. The food, horrible, didn’t even finish the ‘pad thai.’ The fried rice was the only good thing. Sesame chicken tasted like sweet and sour chicken with very large chunks. Beef and broccoli was very chewy. Pad Thai was an interesting hue of orange with hardly any veggies and chicken. Didn’t taste like pad Thai, but whatever it was, it was bad. $50 for three people was a lot too.

My wife and I had ordered food to go. We picked up the food and brought it home. The food was good, but my wife didn’t get the right order of food. She got the chicken instead of the shrimp and she never got her order of cream cheese wantons. I called to let them know about the mishap. Per their policy, they wanted me to drive back to the restaurant and have new food prepared. I’m not driving back into town for that. I totally understand their policy though. We’ve never had to take out our food to inspect our orders, but now we will have too.

Very nice establishment with excellent service. The food had a lot of flavor and you got more than enough food for what you pay. The chicken lo mein was a little disappointing compared to other places but everything else was phenomenal.

I love Lucy’s. My favorite is their chicken or pork lo mein with a side of white rice. The portions are huge and inexpensive too. They’re also very quick so you can go from order to take out in less than 10 minutes. I’ve never had a bad experience here and I don’t think I ever will.

No service to speak of. The waitress came to our table in pajama pants. No other employee was seen. I asked if they had any gluten free, her response was, I don’t know. I said Could you check? She just gave me a blank stare. There were 4 of us watching her go from the table to the cash register, not asking anyone anything and not bringing our drink order which was water. So we all got up and walked out. Don’t bother.

We ordered Take out for the first time in a long time. Food was ready fast. Quality of food was not good. Both of our chicken dishes had very little chicken but lots of BIG chucks of celery and carrots. We used to love this place but not so much any more! Very disappointing to say the least.

Lucy’s has been a favorite of our family’s for years now. We started enjoying thier Chinese when they were located on 32nd and now we come here with our child.
Our go-tos are the General Tso combo, Orange chicken combo, Beef lo mein and sesame chicken.
The prices have always stayed consistent even with inflation!
Recently they have been restoring thier fountain which can contain lovely Koi fish that kids love to watch while they eat.

My favorite Chinese restaurant in ND so far. All the points I appreciate: (1) The place is huge, (2) the floors are clean, (3) the tables are clean and the glass top was squeaky clean because I usually clean my table areas with napkins and hot water when I eat just in case, (4) no carpet (food places with carpet foot traffic in all kinds of weather tend to smell like musty moldy places), (5) no odors, (6) seats and chairs are comfortable in the booths and non booths, (7) staff were mopping the floors and the water had no dirty chlorine smell (of course far away from anyone eating), (8) the silverware was spotless, (9) they gave me hot water in a nice porcelain pot (not like some other places that use plastic) so i didn’t have to keep asking for more water and felt safe that plastics weren’t getting into my water, (10) the staff were kind and attentive, (11) my food came out in about 7 minutes tops and came out piping hot, (12) filled my rice bowl to the top, (13) it was nice and quiet and peaceful with no music or sounds except the water fountain (I don’t like loud music or any music as it’s nice to eat in peace sometimes or talk to your friends and family and be able to hear each other without screaming), (14) the food was not oily or filled with starch and additives, (15) the mushrooms were fresh and not the dried ones, (16) the bathroom was clean, (17) and most of all this place is vegetarian friendly and I was able to have the kind of vegetables with garlic sauce I love everywhere I go. The flavors were natural and not overdone.
