I recently tried the tacos from Lucy’s Kitchen and they were delicious! The meat was tender and flavorful, and the tortillas were perfectly made. The service was quick and friendly, and the overall atmosphere was casual and fun. The only downside was the price, which was a bit higher than I expected for tacos. But overall the food was pretty good.

Recently moved to Lansing from the south and we have been struggling to find decent authentic Mexican food. Seems like a lot of the Mexican places around here are afraid of using seasoning and I’ve also even witnessed store-bought chips and salsa being served. Fortunately we found Lucy’s food truck! Deliciously seasoned steak tacos are the best. We’ve tried in Lansing area so far. Chips were fresh and homemade as well. Only negative I have is that the salsa verde seems to have avocado in it, which is not something I am personally that fan of.

Tacos were phenomenal. The shells are fried and the GB and CK tacos were great. Good seasoning and the side of Guac they give is a lot.
Only real complaint is drinks they had only Coke, Sprite or glass soda.

ordered steak tacos and birria from this establishment, and unfortunately, both were disappointing. The steak tacos were cooked improperly and lacked flavor, while the birria had almost no taste aside from the spice in the side sauce. For the price point — I spent over $100 — the quality was mediocre at best. Save your money and try another spot for tacos or birria.

Thank goodness it was Taco Tuesday and I got a taco for a $1.99. Unfortunately I also ordered a cheese quesadilla, just a plain cheese quesadilla, nothing special, nothing to write home about. It was an absurd $13. Even if it was priced at a typical $8, I would think it was overpriced. They have no posted prices, and I will never make that mistake again to purchase from Lucy’s food truck in a dirty parking lot.
