I ordered the chicken bacon ranch wrap, no honey mustard. I waited in the shop for just under ten minutes with another gentleman who ordered the same wrap, but no bacon (and with honey mustard). Upon arriving home I opened it up and saw it drenched in mustard and no bacon and realized they swapped our orders. I called the shop and they said they’d remake it. Fine, but really inconvenient as I’d have to go back to get it. Whatever, ok. Got the new wrap, and it was edible, but wasn’t anything I couldn’t have made myself at home which was disappointing. The chicken was put into the wrap piping hot which meant the lettuce, tomato and dressing were all hot as well which was very unappetizing. I really wanted to like my order, but it just didn’t come close to meeting expectations. At $15 I’d expect better. Oh well.

Everything was amazing! The Chicken Caesar wrap was packed with flavor, and the Chickanella was just as tasty. The customer service really stood out—super friendly and genuinely welcoming. We’ll definitely be back. Thank you!

Loved this sandwich spot! We got the porchetta and the Reuben. Both were flavorful and hit the spot. But what I really enjoyed about this place was the vibe and the people! It’s a cozy place and the people are so friendly. Can’t wait to come back and try some different sandwiches!

Went on a gloomy rainy day and the wonderful people (I am assuming the owners) running the store made me a great sandwich. I’d say to eat it there to really enjoy it. The soup was wonderful as well.

Incredible sub! High quality ingredients and one of the best Italian subs I’ve had in a very long time. It is very refreshing to get an Italian sub with Italian cold cuts and fresh produce on fresh bread – thank you Lucy’s!!! Don’t settle for the pizza shop junk.Great people as well. Flew in from Cincy and we are staying in the area. Found this just around the corner and what a pleasure it was to eat here. We sat outside and enjoyed our delicious food on a beautiful day. I got the chickenella and oh boy that special sauce with a perfectly juice cutlet. I may have to come back and try a new sandwhich before headed back home. 5 ⭐️
