I am leaving this review because my experience at Lucy’s Kitchen involved a serious food safety failure. I found a ROCK in my bowl (chicken and vegetables), which I bit into. This was alarming and completely unacceptable.

I plan to contact support about this issue and take further action through appropriate channels, but wanted to leave a review here so travelers can stay away. This is not a matter of preference or service quality. It is a health and safety issue, and I immediately threw the rest of my food out. Who knows which other food safety protocols are being violated?

I hope Lucy’s Kitchen and its operator take this incident seriously and respond with more than a generic template message that I’ve seen them use to respond to other 1 star reviews.

Worst Chinese food I’ve ever had. Got sesame chicken. Most of the “chicken” was hard flavorless cardboard. The sauce was near flavorless with a slight sickly sweet taste. And the rice was worst of all. Dollar store instant rice vibe. Not fresh though, three day old reheated instant rice. All for the small sum of $24.

THE WORST!!
They seasoned my SESAME CHICKEN WITH EVERYTHING BAGEL SEASONING

It became extremely over salted, but even without it, the food itself was bad

This is THE WORST experience I have had in a while!
First of all, the entire food court is confusing and partially self-service which would be fine if it actually made the service faster. I waited for my order for over 25 minutes which is absolutely UNACCEPTABLE for an airport spot.
They only had two employees and they were very slow amd did not seem to know what the’re doing.
The system takes your name but there are no order status screens so you have no idea if your orders is even in progress.
Lastly, the Pad Thai I ordered for $14 was just a veggie dish with no protein, EXTREMELY SPICY and didn’t even taste like Pad Thai. It I could barely finish it and would’ve asked for a refund if I wasn’t in a hurry to catch my flight.
HORRIBLE experience, especially for this price. A total rip-off and they wouldn’t care at all.

The spicy noodles are awesome here. I always get the pad thai or Singapore noodles and add 1 chili sauce packet to take it from medium to hot. Make sure you stir the noodles bc a lot of the flavor sinks to the bottom so the top layer of noodles is plain then the bottom is super spicy. Service is sometimes slow but spicy noodles for $15 is amazing airport quality food.

Food is cold, flavor is subpar. I didn’t read the reviews because it’s the airport but I know better now.

This place looked so interesting and i was confused why there was no lines but i soon knew why. I ordered the fried rice because the picture looked very appetising and paid over $3 extra for beef, but it looked terrible. The rice was not cooked correctly and was brown. It was not even fried; they just added gross CANNED vehetables and the meat was so dry and bland. No flavour whatsoever than just oil and preservatives. Highly disappointed and this is definitely not what fried rice should look and taste like. Definitely deceived by the pictures.
Moreover, there was only one cook there and the kitchen looked very unsanitary.
Do not recommend; go to the bagel place right next door. Prices are exorbitant as well; $32 for teo

This was one of the worst Asian cuisine dishes I’ve ever had. Rice had zero flavor and did not use sticky rice. The whole dish was lukewarm when they handed me the bowl. Service team didn’t provide utensils or provide info on where I could them either.
