Iv never had a bad option from the hot or cold sandwich’s to the pizza everything is really good. Today I got the Paulie which blew me away and might just be one of the best steaks in the area(yeah big claim but it holds its own). This place is an absolute gem, I only write reviews when meals knock my socks off.

If you like to pay a lot for small amounts of food, this is the place for you. On the photo below, the $11 “thick sliced” turkey (I’m guessing the logic is that jf you label it “thick sliced”, you can only use a slice-slice and a half per sandwich) sandwich at Sunshine Sandwich, their best with additional two tomatoes, a few leaves of lettuce and some bits of bacon. The bread is slightly fried in butter and soaked in salad dressing, so it must be there where the abundance is, although you know, inflation. If that’s not enough for you, you can grab one of the small bags of chips with label $1.00 and actual price $3.50. For those with entrepreneurial spirit, definitely talk to the managers on how big the profits must be. Cool atmosphere, will not be returning for sure. In this case, the “we have it at home” works in full force.

Nice place with very nice staff, food was fresh, delicious and fast. Roxborough’s best breakfast and lunch spot, our new favorite! Bread/rolls were fresh and tasty, chicken cutlets and cold cuts were fantastic. Highly recommend!

I can only speak to the meatball sub because some friends picked it up for me, but this was maybe the best meatball sub I’ve ever had. HUGE meatballs, bonus ricotta, and the perfect amount of sauce. Definitely messy but worth the effort.

Place is great. Staff is always super friendly. But the food is to die for, the biscuit lady makes biscuits so good my southern grandmother complimented them. Sunnyside is always cooking up. Something good for lunch fix. And I’ve never had a Lucky’s burger that was anything less than superb.

Stop by here all the time. The sandwiches are fabulous. Burgers are excellent. Can’t go wrong with the biscuit lady in the morning. Now they have added pizza. Check for hours. They rotate days & times between 4 different shops in this one spot
