This place could do better. I enjoyed my dinner but there are few places for improvement. Firstly the dining room floor was disgusting. I could feel my shoes sticking to it. You can see the wear on the floor from the service foot traffic. REPLACE THE CARPET! I was really kind of worried about what kind of meal I was about to experience because the outside of the building was nice, entrance and host stand were beautiful and clean but the dining room was not, the carpet was horrible. The booth they sat us in was barely wiped down the seats had crumbs on them. Looking around all the booths and tables were a bit like that. They obviously do not like to clean the place which is a shame because its pretty good food. They bring a nice piece of garlic seasoned bread and butter to spread. The bread was very good. I ordered the filet and lobster which came with 2 sides, I had asparagus and potatoes au gratin. The asparagus was cooked perfect and the sauce was yummy. The potatoes lacked flavor. They were not cheesy enough, slightly dry but yet oily, they were nothing special. The filet and lobster were cooked perfectly. The zip sauce for the steak is so delicious. I asked for some on the side for dipping. My guy got the New York strip and for his two sides he chose a salad which was a generous portion and super fresh and the fettuccine Alfredo. The Alfredo was not great. Not saucy and super bland. He also had the mashed potatoes which were basic. All in all the sides were a miss but the main items were done well. The service was basic as well nothing special. Nothing memorable. The server was helpful and got the job done. No personality or conversation.

We had just a party of three of us so seating was not any problem, although I asked if we could get a table in the back, not a problem there either. I felt the atmosphere to be nice and a bit upscale, it made me feel at ease, not too bright and the ambiance was soothing. I thought the floors were just fine and my shoes did not stick to the floor as another patron complained about. To my eyes everything looked clean. Upon arriving at our table we were greeted by our server and supplied with the most amazing fresh loaf of warm bread inside a white paper sleeve and tiny black plastic cups that contained whipped butter with a hint of garlic. This whipped butter I’d like to know how to make it, it was super light and yummy. The white bread was incredibly fluffy, warm and delicate which had a nicely browned top crust with a slightly salty garlicky top crust that was so good that we bought two loaves to take home. The bread alone was worth the experience and even if I had ordered just soup and this bread would have sufficed for me in itself. I chose the French onion soup which was pretty good but the broth could have been a bit thicker and although was good it did slightly lack in flavor but I would get this again next time I go in Lou of the salad nonetheless. Our entrees included prime rib, sirloin steak, and filet mignon medallions. My husband did like his steak cooked medium and it was cooked to his liking but it had a bit of gristle but the flavor was there. The same for my mignon’s, a bit of gristle but I ordered them medium rare, they were cooked just as I ordered. I felt the flavor was terrific and there were four small pieces that were more than enough for myself but I eat light. I took home leftovers and upon reheating the mignon’s were even better! My son liked the prime rib but I think he was up in the air about it really. All of us had enough leftovers to take home, they serve an ample amount of food, which is great. We left a generous tip to our server, she did a nice job and was attentive and but not overbearing and THANKFULLY did NOT address us as “honey” “darlin” “sweetheart” etc as these wait staff now days needs coaching on what not to say! Our overall experience was real nice and we plan to go back to this location.

Had the large rib-eye steak & honestly I wasn’t impressed at all. I was expecting a lot more quality out of a “steakhouse” probably one of the lower end steaks I’ve ever had from any steakhouse and I’ve ate at a lot of the best ones. Wasn’t seasoned or chard well enough. Steak was slightly tough & bland. Mashed potatoes were good but the macaroni & cheese was not good. I would return for drinks at the bar because I like the bar setting.

Have eaten at Lucky’s Steakhouse probably a dozen times. We have had slightly mixed service from good to great, but that was more of a server issue. Normally, the service is great. The food is usually amazing, only one time I had food that was not satisfactory when it was barely warm and the meat unusually dry. I will not base my review on this as it is not the norm. Definitely a place I recommend.

The steaks were in rare, that I felt the juice all over my mouth. Other meals are also great. The service is really good and efficient. I love to be here and definitely will come back more frequently.

Food is good with just big enough portions. My personal favorite is the fish and chips. Servers are attentive and friendly. Good wine selection along with non-alcoholic choices as well. Always a happy experience.
