Delicious food and great atmosphere! The 3-piece chicken special on Tuesdays is was amazing. crispy, juicy, and full of flavor. The mashed potatoes and veggies are the perfect comfort food combo. And the desserts are top-notch and plated elegantly, especially the Black Forest Cake made with Ghirardelli chocolate, cream cheese frosting, Oreo crumbles, and a touch of rum. This is a perfect spot for a hearty meal and something sweet after.

Sat for an extended amount of time with no one even coming to acknowledge us or take drink orders. Several other groups of people came in and were helped before us. Pretty disappointing when you have 3 young kids and see staff walking around and ignoring you completely. We finally got up after our kids got restless and my husband told the waitress she forgot about us. No reaction. We chose this place because our 5 year old loves the hotel and that we don’t have to leave. Bummer

I and my two son’s ate here this evening 6/22/2025. This started off decent as we seated ourselves and our waitress Karina C came to the table shortly after. She got us drinks and took our order. Our food came and our waitress never returned. Our drinks was never refilled and when it came time for our bill we were ignored. Another waitress asked if we were ready to pay? I said yes. She went and told our waitress and we were again ignored. I finally flagged down another staff member who took my card to pay the bill As we were leaving they asked if I wanted to give a written statement to which I decided . My boys and I were just ready to leave.

At 40 years old I’ve never left a negative review for anywhere, but this couldn’t go unspoken, I ordered food to go, there were 6 people in there at most, guy next to me had his order messed up, paid for things he didn’t recieve, I ordered a club no tomato, of course it came with tomato, not a big deal I can pick it off, my alfredo was supposed to come with 2 breaksticks….recieved zero, it seemed to be taking longer than it should have for what I ordered and the amount of people there, turns out the 2 go order sitting on the other end of the bar for 20 minutes was mine, finally after receiving my food all I wanted to do was pay and never visit this dump again, no one behind the bar to take my credit card, finally someone comes up and I try to pay and he said he couldn’t do anything with my bill because he wasn’t the one who took my order. I’d give this place negative stars if I could, the few people sitting near me all had issues. By far the worth dining experience I’ve ever witnessed in my life.

I recently visited Coaches Corner at Wild Rose in Jefferson with my wife and was incredibly disappointed by the service. We waited 20 minutes without even being acknowledged—no greeting, no “we’ll be with you in a minute,” nothing. There were only two other couples at the time, so it wasn’t a matter of being busy. While I don’t place all the blame on the waitress/staff, it’s clear that poor management is to blame here. This lack of basic customer service was frustrating, and Wild Rose really needs to do better.

Our food took 45 minutes, other customers who came in after us got their food. My prime rib was not good very chewy. Salad was great, then we were sitting back by where the kitchen is and had the pleasure of listening to the cooks complain and cussing several times and a waitress said they could be heard and again one said he did not care. More cussing not somewhere the group I was with will come back to. Instead of giving a tip, I believe we should have been reimbursed for the the bad food and the lack of respect from the rude cooks.

Food was good. Service was not. Waitress was good about taking our order, but never came back to check on us. She spent most of the time chatting with a couple a few tables away. I really would have liked a drink refill.
