They say “Irish and Proud,” but I don’t believe it. I was served a pint of Guinness in a plastic cup — absolutely awful. I had to order another drink just to chase it down. On top of that, there’s no door on the men’s bathroom, which is just unacceptable. I wouldn’t recommend ordering any Irish-themed drinks here. They really need to work on their authenticity and basic facilities.

I didn’t get a chance to try the food at Lucky’s 13 in Winona, Minnesota, but the drinks were great—well-made and reasonably priced. The atmosphere was exactly my kind of vibe: laid-back, welcoming, and just the right amount of energy. It’s the kind of spot where you can hang out for hours. They’ve got pool and darts, which are always my go-to activities when I’m out. Definitely a place I’d come back to.

Great bar here in downtown Winona. Lots of daily events, good prices, and nice staff. Only thing I wish is that they’d hire a few more bartenders because when it’s busy, it’s very busy.

The bartenders are lovely and there’s plenty of great games from darts to board games. It’s honestly one of the best places to go just on a regular night like Monday or Tuesday. Popcorn is free too and sometimes there’s a dog.

Best Bar in America. Cheap and makes great drinks. If the city of Winona was the 2011 Dallas Mavericks, Lucky’s would be the Dirk Nowitzki centerpiece of every blackout night.
