My friends told me to come here and I ordered way too much food, which I don’t mind because I love leftovers. It was incredibly flavourful and just the right spiciness for me at medium, and I really enjoyed the humour of the robot who was an excellent expert at delivering food.

A Robot is acting as Stewart, brings up your dish and tells “Bon Appetit”.
With this fun, having your dish, I personally give kudos to the owner to bring a concept of great sanitation way to serve the food.

Really good experience on first visit. We came from moose jaw to try lucky’s food it was so good with indian flavour specially aloo kulcha and fresh Sweets. Regardless thanks to Mnnpreet for customer service. She is so welcoming and friendly. Must visit to try great indian food in regina.

I recently went to Luck Meat Masala and ordered a Paneer Khathi Roll and honestly it was one of the worst food experiences I’ve had. The roll was dry, the paneer had zero flavour and the raw veggies just didn’t go with it at all. They were crispy but not in a good way and definitely not fresh. I couldn’t even finish it.
To make things worse, the customer service was terrible. I asked to speak to the manager to share my feedback and I was told He’s not here, so you can’t review anything. Are you kidding me? No effort to help, no apology, just dismissive.
I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. The food was awful, the service was rude and I left feeling completely disappointed. Definitely won’t be coming back to Luck Meat Masala.

Visited Lucky Meat Masala on a friend’s recommendation and tried their prantha thali. It includes many items at an affordable price. The paranthas were amazing and the badam shake was delicious. Definitely one of the best places in Regina for paranthas. Also, great customer service by sarabjeet . she was extremely warm, attentive, and made our visit even more enjoyable. Her friendly nature truly stands out!

I am extremely disappointed with this restaurant. I ordered Khoya Peda, Kalakand, and Chana Bhatura — the same order twice. The first time, I accepted their excuse that it was the driver’s mistake. But the second time, they sent me barfi instead of Khoya Peda.
When I tried to resolve the issue, the staff did nothing to help, and the tone of the girl I spoke to was rude and dismissive. This is completely unacceptable, especially since I ordered these sweets for Diwali. It shows carelessness, lack of attention to customer orders, and poor customer service.
I trusted this restaurant to get it right, and they failed again. Please check your orders properly before send them out and treat customers with respect — mistakes like this ruin both the experience and trust.

Sarab and Navneet working there are awesome at customer service! Best tiffin service around the city. Tiffin tastes like homemade food. They are very accommodating with requests and got very reasonable prices!! Definitely recommend.

It was our first visit to Lucky Restaurant, and we went there with some of our friends who invited us. We tried a variety of dishes, and everything was really good! My personal favorite was the saag paneer with makki ki roti — it was absolutely delicious and full of authentic flavor. The food overall was fresh, tasty, and well-prepared. We truly loved the experience and would definitely visit again!
