I read the reviews here and I agree with all the positive comments. There are lots of flavors to choose from, some unique ones such as banana cream pie (tastes just like it) and cannoli. The portions are generous: small = 2 scoops, medium = 3, and large = 4. There is plenty of seating inside and out, and a small playground in the back for the little ones. We come up to the Berkshires every so often and we’ll definitely make a point to stop here.

Nice affordable family-friendly ice cream place in Lee. Order at the window; sit indoors or outdoors. Wooden playground outside for the kiddos, plus games etc inside. Staff were friendly and patient. Good selection of both hard and soft ice cream, but they were out of many hard scoop flavors. Restrooms for customers; plenty of parking around the building.

Lots of different and unusual flavors (e.g., Moose Tracks) of ice cream that are delicious. Instead of having dessert in a restaurant after dinner, we always go to Lucky’s for a real treat.

Good spot for ice cream, with some vegan options. Vegan ice cream is pretty creamy. Associates were nice and accommodating.
Unfortunately, they were out of a lot of flavors and gf cones both times we visited.
Helpful note: Their diary free ice cream is vegan. It just uses a water base!

We visited Lucky’s Ice Cream 5 times while on vacation in South Lee, MA, for this past week. We found the ice cream to be delicious, and our family tried different flavors each time. The service was good as well, and there always seemed to be a long line and was a popular place. We would definitely visit afain the next time we are in the area.

Stopped on our short vacation in June. It can get quite busy on any evening. They have every flavor you can think of plus some special seasonal flavors. We got Maine blueberry which I’ve never had and Moosetracks. Both were delicious. Prices are reasonable. The workers are mostly young people who work hard but bring your patience if there’s a long line. It’s worth the wait.

Girl at the counter was buried in her phone. Touched her shoes as she was getting off the counter, after grabbing her attention. Checked out when placing ordering and acted as if she was doing me a favor.
Guy who gave us the ice cream just slammed it down at the pickup window, and barely said anything. Talking on his phone via Air Pods.
Ice cream itself is super average, nothing special. Overall, Not worth going here.

In Wonder
Employees are so nice and icecream is delicious there is a playground for kids shaped like a pirate ship and a train. The peace icream and the Mississippi mud pie were delicious.

Stopped at Lucky’s to treat myself to a Hot Fudge Sundae. The girl that took my order was in training and very friendly. The young man training was equally friendly and made a “BOMB” Sundae. The price was very inexpensive and the vanilla ice cream was flavorful. Thank you again for the hospitality
