We saw an add for the Friday night fish fry. The flight of fish is phenomenal. 2 cod 2 bluegill and 4 walleye nuggets choice of potato and salad bar! Amazing!

The star of the show was the ribeye steak sandwich.
Quite possibly one of the best steak sandwiches I’ve had in a pub…ever. For as thin as it was (regular sandwich thin around 1/2″, but spilling out onto the sides of the bun), it was tender, the cheese was melted perfectly, and the seasoning was on point. I asked for it medium, and it came out medium, and it came out fast.
The au jus was excellent.
Highly recommend.

Cold beer at a great price. Owners are great. Bathrooms are SPOTLESS!! Didn’t order food but the burger looked amazing.

Food was well seasoned and delicious! Service was friendly and fast, great accommodation for all questions we asked as we aren’t from the area. Only complaint was 2 ladies spray painting the sidewalk/step while we and other patrons were there. Not fun walking outside into strong paint fumes, wet paint all along the only step to get out of the building and spraying with cars in front of it. These ladies were not affiliated with the establishment as far as I’m aware and they didn’t come in to say anything either such as a forewarning to move vehicles. They should’ve done it when the business was closed.

I was told by a friend that came from the area try this while visiting. We are so glad we did. Very much a good family restaurant. We hesitated slightly as it looked like a bit more of a bar scene, we have 2yo. There is a separate dining area on the side.

Great place to stop for dinner. Salad bar is always great. Don’t get the sushi the night before deer opener. Was scared to sit down for hours. Coughed and almost ruined a pair of pants.

I’ve gone over several of the other reviews. Some give Chain garbage restaurants like… Oh… Noodles and company a 4-5 star, yet homemade, fresh food a 2-3 .If you like people, good food and great times… Come here. You want garbage, served by kids… Go there. CHEERS!

We stopped in 2 nights in a row and got the special both nights. Very good food, cold beer and friendly servers, owners and other customers. (Were just traveling in the area and the campground office told us to go here.)
