I’m from Texas. I’m here for work. I asked the girl working the counter for a recommendation. She told me to get the chipotle burger. She couldn’t have been more right. It was de-freakin-licious. And that Chipotle sauce, hits the freakin spot. I asked for it in a cup, and I dipped my fries in it. Sooooo good. Listen, as a Texan, I have a lot of really good burger options, so I’m a tough customer, but Lucky’s burger was right up there with some of the finest burgers I’ve eaten back home. Seriously one tasty burger. Whatever you order, def get a cup of the chipotle sauce to dip your fries in!! And the fries, oh yeah, the fries… super crisp, still tender on the inside and the seasoning was on point. Lucky’s is my new burger stop when I’m in Indiana

The food was tasty, but shockingly overpriced for fast food quality. The building looks really run down. I want to support local businesses and I understand they are probably struggling. We paid $40 for a double cheeseburger with fries, an al pastor sandwich (not even a torta, just on regular sliced sandwich bread), chips and queso, and fried pickles.

Over the years this place has been a Dairy Queen, a couple drive ins and now Luckys diner. Good spot but needs some updating, understand it’s tough for a small business but lots of potential here.
The parking lot has been busier of late so thought I would stop in.
Had the special of the day, dbl cheeseburger, fries and drink.
Burger was excellent, best in town I’d say.
Lots of other menu options, worth a stop.

I called an order in..asked if they had hand breaded fish.. they said yes. I asked if it was Cod or Pollock or what and the girl had no idea. I went ahead and ordered a fish sandwich combo with a drink and onion rings. I arrived and was told my total was $17.51!! I paid and thought, “this better be good!” It was hot and fresh, but it was Tilapia.. not a good fish sandwich (Tilapia tastes like a dirty fish tank). The onion rings would’ve been great if they had taken one more layer off the onion (had some fried onion skin along with the onions). So, if they used a better fish (like cod), and the total wouldve been $15, I would’ve revisited.. the bang for the buck just wasn’t there

Lucky’s is a great little burger joint that brings back some nostalgia. The best burger is the Lucky’s Burger, which comes standard with bacon, lettuce, tomato, pickle slices, grilled onion, and a little mayo.
The patties are made fresh and the bacon is cooked in-house. A good burger with fresh ingredients.

My husband, daughter, and I all got 3 fish tacos, a sm fry, and 2 orders of mac -n- cheese. My aunt and uncle ordered 2 mushroom swiss burgers and 2 orders of breaded mushrooms. Once they got their order I saw the mushrooms and immediately went and ordered 2 orders. I was not sorry for that, the breaded mushrooms were excellent. All of their food is amazing, we all left full and happy. We can’t wait to come back!

We were in the area to go to the State Park nearby and decided to try this place for dinner. It was great! A nice small-town diner vibe, teenagers working the front. Everyone was polite and service was good. The burgers were so good and the ice cream was delicious. My only complaint was that the fries were not super fresh, but they were still good. I saw someone who had the onion rings – they looked amazing and I will try those next time. There were so many good looking things on the menu, I definitely want to come back!
