I am absolutely disappointed with this! My family has been ordering their chicken since they open and this is the first time I have ever seen like this! It tasted horrible! Every piece was burnt. Usually the bread is crispy which is one the best things about their chicken but this was just horrible. I may be calling them and complain!

Ordered three sandwiches. The ordering process was easy, spoke to someone over the phone. The food however I would never go back to this lucky 7 again. The provolone cheese was hard and could be broken up like stale bread. The deli meat was not good at all. The lettuce was brown. This is not my first time eating here. I have been to this location several other time and haven’t had a problem. After this experience I would not go back or recommend it to anyone.

I am updating this, my 2nd review. from 1 star to 5. The bad experience I previously had was due to a rude employee who no longer works there. I am glad that I gave them a second chance because the current staff there is competent, helpful and friendly. I am happy to be doing business there again because I enjoy the well prepared food they provide. We always call in our order and by the time I arrive the food is hot and ready.
