Our family has loved Lucky Wok since the moment they moved to Lee’s Summit. Their food is always fresh, delicious, and budget friendly for the family. The family that runs the business is the sweetest and work day in and day out to ensure that they are serving top quality meals at their business. Another nearby restaurant uses red-colored applesauce for their sweet and sour sauce. No thanks. Best Chinese food in Raintree any day!

The food is great. Prices are great. Lunch specials are only $7.95 and runs from 11am to 3pm. Food is done fast. Some seating indoors but mostly seems to be known for takeout. Staff are hard working and nice and the place is always busy with people picking up take out orders. I really enjoyed vegetables and lightly fried tofu with garlic sauce and broccoli. They made it with a perfect sauce that was flavorful with real garlic and didn’t include starch and gelatin like some places add. Plenty of parking in this strip mall where Lucky Wok is located.

Best Chinese food in Lees Summit in my opinion. Flavorful meals with large portion sizes. Ready on time and very hot. Especially love the hot and sour soup and anything with shrimp

This place has great reviews, so we tried it. It has a large selection and great service, but it doesn’t compare to Bo Lings or Fortune Wok. It’s on par with Yummy Chinese.

The food is so good. Panda ain’t got nothing on this place. Lunch special is well worth the trip here.

I used to dislike Chinese food. Lucky Wok has turned a new page for me. I’ve eaten here 3 times, and each time has been a home run. I’m not a big veggie guy, but I’ve grubbed up everything that has come in my Kung Pao Chicken and Szechuan Chicken dishes, even the fried rice. I like things on the spicy side, and I personally think that they could take the spice marker up 2 or 3 notches, but the flavors are very good and blend well together. The wife and I prefer to dine in so that we can eat while the food is hot. There are 2 very nice tables and 1 small table available in the restaurant. There’s never anyone eating there, so we don’t get bumped out of a place to sit while we dine. Service has never been rude; in fact, the folks who’ve taken our orders have always been very polite and courteous. Lucky Wok has earned a regular spot on our Lee’s Summit lunch list.

Really good, “typical” Chinese food. It was piping hot when I got it, so it travels well for take out and it’s fresh. Has a few chairs and tables if you want to eat in. Also that lunch menu is still a great price for what you get. A+

If you order online during evening rush, add 30 minutes to their time estimate. They are never on time according to their estimates when they are busy. The problem isn’t the service or the staff, they simply do not have enough to handle their rush hours. The food, prices and service are good.

Lucky Wok is my favorite Asian restaurant for take-out food in the area and they have a great chef in my opinion. Portions are generous and he uses fresh ingredients and creates amazing flavors without using MSG ( be sure you ask for it not to be used.) They have a large menu, and well-packaged orders that always includes plenty of condiments, utensils. Friendly staff, fast service and, of course, fortune cookies. They have a few tables, but it is primarily a take-out place.
