It’s really a take out restaurant with great food! They do have nice clean tables at the Oracle Road location. Pleasant staff, quick and clean environment. Road construction in the area right now, so a little difficult to park.

I just want to compliment 2 young ladies and the 1 young gentleman who worked on 12/28/2025 ! This trio of apparently NEW employees customer service , professionalism, and hospitality was a 10 out 10 !!! Obe of the young ladies even hurried out from behind the counter to open the front door to let an elderly woman back to her car. This kind of service is not heard of very often in these times ! I encourage the public to see this for themselves … Thanks again TRIO !

My dad and I were here on 4/17. We stopped on our way back to the Phx area. We lived in Tucson over 25 years ago, so we had to see if this was still a ‘thing’. We were pleased that it is! The food brought back lots of great memories. The staff was wonderful! The girls there seem to love their job. Nice to see, since so many people in the service industry are less than courteous these days.

Great service but the food is not what it use to be .. everything we got was re heated in the oil we couldn’t eat anything because of so much grease and bland and the toast was over buttered and the fires.. we ordered two large and got a half of bag of fries. I was so happy to go back.. what is crazy is every where i go to eat out nobody will be there..nut as soon as i pull up bam every body and they mama is there

Went here with really high expectations and left feeling a little underwhelmed. I got the chicken tenders and while they weren’t BAD, lacked the “wow” factor I was looking for.
On the other hand, my husband got the wings and thought they were really good… so good that he came back the next day for more (they had a great wing special going on). So maybe I just need to try something else the next time we go.
The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, good location.

I’m a bit annoyed that I ordered a togo order 8 piece pop sampler platter and a black cherry coolaid. I’ve eaten here my entire life. I’m fifty so that’s from the inception of the restaurant. My first ever long johns was at seven on a sunday after church. I know the establishment well. The order that I received was old and cold and shriveled with no sauce and no coleslaw and the bread in a separate bag. Then had my driver take it back. They didn’t want to remake it fresh but relented per the driver account and this is what I received. A 8 piece Pop sampler fresh with three dipping sauce and NO coleslaw again and two pieces of bread in a separate bag. It was fresh but missing key elements and put together half ass if that resonates. Why is the bed in a separate bag? Why is the coleslaw missing? Why three dipping sauce. Did I pay for three? Where is the second receipt. I realize I wasn’t there but that is just crazy. How many times does it take to get it right? Do I need to pay thirty dollars in delivery fees? I mean come on.

Stopped in on the way back to the valley, it is pretty much a tradition of my family’s to stop. Food is always good. I like that you can get a family meal and eat on it for a moment.
