I have ordered food from here in the past and have had nothing but positive experiences, until today. I have a carrot allergy and I always make sure to let them know not to put carrots in my food. They always abide by this. However, today when they delivered my order of Singapore Mei Fun, it had carrots in it. When I called them to let them know, they told me that the chef said he did not make it with carrots. They then proceeded to ask for a picture. which i attached. They told me that it wasn’t carrots I was seeing, but a garlic noodle. The chef then said that if i taste it I would see that it wasn’t a carrot it was a garlic noodle. I then told them that I would be coming down to the restaurant myself to give them back the dish and I would like a full refund. Even though the lady on the phone was nice and respectful, the way in which they handled this was poor.

Ugh I regret cheating on my Chinese food spot. They close on Mondays so I decided to try Lucky Way out. I ordered vegetable fried rice and fried wings and it tasted like the chicken was fried in old oil. The rice had a weird after taste as well. It wasn’t to my liking but someone else might like it. The delivery was fast though!

This place is one of the LAST still using their own delivery service, which no matter how you slice it, is cheaper than Door Dash, Uber, Seamless. I hope they stay that way. The food was decent, still better than Micky-Dee in my opinion. The delivery took as long or as short as they said it would. no surprises.

This was my first time visiting this specific location physically. I ordered a shrimp and broccoli and I ordered beef on a stick and two shrimp rolls. I walked in with cash 28 in cash and a debit card. I was told this location only takes cash only when I arrive. I called in for a pick up and was never notified that it only took cash in 2022. I typically order online so I obviously only use card. I walked in the store and was told the item cost 28 dollars which I had the exact amount and when I got there was told that I didn’t have enough. The lady removed two of my egg roll orders so the total could be 26 dollars. Each shrimp roll is 2.75 each which I’ve never heard before which made no sense because that would mean the total would be more.. I still took my order after she removed the two shrimp rolls because I didn’t have enough cash and the food was dry and she didn’t provide any utensils or any general sauce. She didn’t even throw in one sauce in the order not even a napkin. Horrible service.. Honestly should’ve left the food there. The Chinese food on saw mill down the hill is so much better than this location!! 0/0 wouldn’t recommend this place. I never write reviews but I had to for this service I received.

Ordered take-out for two. It was ready very quickly. The food was less than average. They had no plates for serving. I asked for forks, and received just one. How are two people going to share comfortably? Also, it’s a cash-only operation. I plan to never return. I suggest you should not as well.

My wife & I have been ordering from here for a long time… We have never had a problem until recently. We ordered Chicken Wings w/ fried rice, General Tso Chicken & Beef LoMein. The Chicken Wings were great as well as the General Tso Chicken. BUT, the fried rice in all the dishes was lousy. Even worse was the Beef LoMein which was absolutely horrible. The beef LoMein had didn’t even have one piece of beef in it. Not one piece. Go down the hill on Saw Mill if you want better Chinese Food. VERY DISAPPOINTED.

Classic Chinese food, feels and tastes very authentic. Overall the quality is high and they have excellent hot mustard sauce! Definitely worth the visit. Veggies always fresh and cruncy and food served nice and hot. Seems clean as well which is a big plus around the City.

Pleasantly surprised! Honestly, the place we usually order from was closed on Monday. We decided to try a new take out. The food was very good. We ordered online and picked up the order ourselves within 15 minutes. We will definitely be going back.

I ordered Mo Sue Beef very disappointed first off it’s a beef dish but had 4 pieces of beef and the rest was noodles paid 995.for noodles. The 4 piece beef was tasty if only it had been more but the noodles were not so tasty. When I called they gave me credit for a dollar worth of meet they stated they measured the beef. So I don’t think we get even 1 dollar I know how to buy at the butcher. I know my husband has to pay extra when he orders the pork fried rice for extra pork I should have known.

Whoever their chef is on a Monday night, should be praised to no end. The perfect consistency and spices on every dish. The sauces were spectacular. The veggies crisp, firm and colorful. Perfectly seasoned meats. Kudos and thank you. Please start accepting credit and debit cards.
