My new local go-to find as of today! I initially visited this morning to pick up an order, but then I was immediately taken back my the presence of the deli, its cleanliness, the smell of delicious food in the air, and most of all impressed by the welcoming, friendly and professional staff! The name alone was intriguing enough for me as a spiritualist. Everything about it made me want to come back later in the day and pick myself up a late lunch/early dinner and I did just that. Included in this post will be my exact order and it was even more delicious than it looks and that’s saying a lot because it photographed perfectly as well! Johnny or John (my apologies); is who took care of me today and he was an absolute pleasure! I’m unsure if he is the owner, manager or staff member, but either way; had a great energy to him and overall positive vibe. Literally, making me want to come back later in the day for lunch/dinner and I did just that! The food is absolutely delicious and made with quality ingredients that you can tell they are being made with both love and pride! And I can totally appreciate that! Johnny or John even went above and beyond for my order and accommodated me because I’m a pescatarian/vegetarian and don’t eat meat. Removed the meat from the nachos and added additional vegetables for me and that was greatly appreciated! The rice and beans taste like someone’s abuelita made them and the overall meal made me feel like home and that’s priceless! Their price point is also unbeatable and worth the great value!I grew up in Bardonia and haven’t lived in Rockland County since 2008 and throughout those years, Bardonia didn’t have its own bagel/deli shop, but this establishment is so much more than that! I absolutely love to see the evolution and elevation of the area! It’s also conveniently located off of Route 304 in its own shopping center parking lot with plenty of parking! Rockland County in end of itself hold so much nostalgia for me, but especially Bardonia in it and of itself! I absolutely love this for the area and will happily be returning going forward! An absolute must try for anyone in Rockland County and especially throughout the Clarkstown area!

The company at Lucky Star Bagel are awesome!!! Always so friendly. Orders always ready when ordered ahead. Bagels are delicious and loaded with seeds. And they are hard on the outside as a NY bagel should be. I mean look at this sausage egg and cheese!! Delicious and worth the money! They are not cheap with portions
