I am beyond disappointed and honestly disgusted. I’ve been ordering from here for five years, and lately the service and food have become incredibly shady. The last three orders have been completely unacceptable.
I know exactly what squid salad looks like. Instead of squid salad, I was given seaweed with a chopped-up baby octopus, which clearly was not what I ordered. If you ran out, you should have said so rather than substituting something completely different.
Then I ordered the seafood asparagus soup. It tasted old and had only one piece of shrimp in the entire container. This dish used to be packed with seafood — now it feels like corners are being cut.
The previous order was supposed to be red curry Thai seafood. What I received was not red curry at all, just some random red sauce with chicken instead of seafood.
At this point it really feels like the restaurant is sending out whatever they have left in the kitchen and hoping customers won’t complain. That is dishonest and unacceptable. After years of being a loyal customer, this is extremely disappointing.
Lucky Star needs to get it together, because this level of service and quality is absolutely unacceptable.

The food quality here is fantastic, the staff is very friendly, and the food is prepared quickly- this has become our go-to place for Chinese! Unfortunately we’ve been disappointed the past few times with the portioning- the chicken entree now holds substantially less chicken with the container being about 70% full and then some of that 70% being taken up by broccoli. This will lead to us exploring other places.

I’ve been coming here for a year because I love the food. Service has always been ok at best but I overlooked it because I enjoyed the food… until today. I called to place my usual order and the person who answered the phone was extremely rude. Normally a woman answers but today it was a man.. he has no customer service skills whatsoever. I hung up and am unfortunately considering other options for dinner now. I am so annoyed because I now have to find a new Asian restaurant I like which is hard.

Was in town for a corporate off site at Liberty Hill. Stopped here on my way to the lodge. Food was absolutely delicious. I had the beef Ho Fun and an order of wontons. Both were so so tasty. I will be going back for sure.

Loved going here with my friend whenever I’m home (I go to college out of town) until we went in and I ordered 2 rolls. One I ate all of and then the second I started to eat until I could smell how horrible it was and the taste made me gag. I had to escort myself to the bathroom to spit it out. I told the waiter quietly to not draw attention that the fish was bad he sniffed it and immediately agreed. He took it away and still tried to charge me for this roll. I asked to get the roll removed from the check and he went back and did it but I shoudnt have had to ask. I would’ve expected offering something free on top of that. A terrible mistake for a sushi place to make. It was truly disgusting and I felt was not handled appropriately.

Very happy with my meal here. The general tso’s tofu actually looked like tofu. It was fresh and delicious. The sauce could have been a bit more flavorful but it did pack the right amount of heat. Vegetable lo main small order was good serving size and enough for left overs. Good to see they have sushi which I plan to try next time. Was told they always have white tune and yellow tail!

Placed an order for delivery. Everything was fine until the food arrived. Food arrived and first thing i opened was the plain lo mein. And of course once i take a little out of there black container there was a giant fly in it. Called the store and they only offered me a credit for the plain lo mein. Tbh i don’t think anyone would want to eat the rest of the order. So i’m “Thrilled” to know i donated 30$ for buggy food. Will be my last time ordering from there
