Where do i begin, well I truly believe good Chinese food is always hard to find. I just recently moved, and I was referred to Lucky Star. Spoke to a young man by the name of Alan which is very tentative, and kind. I’ve order atleast 3 times with them and they havent let me down not once. The food is always fresh, cooked perfectly . Portions are always big. I recommend anything from their beef lo mein, honey garlic or even their sweet n sour chicken. I cant tell you enough how good the chicken is. Overall they have made us very happy with their food, and service. I only have one picture to add today but I promise they won’t disappoint you. Great job Lucky Star!

I’ve been coming to Lucky Star for about a year now whenever I’m craving Chinese food for dinner, and it’s always delicious! I’m a little picky about certain veggies in my vegetable lo mein, and they’re always so accommodating when I make a note. One thing I noticed is that my orders sometimes come in different containers, so I never quite know how much to order. Tonight, I asked about it and the man at the front was so kind and took the time to explain it to me, now I know for next time!

Love this place! We live 15 min away and come here often- passing by many other closer Chinese food places. Food is great and just like NJ/NY style- where we’re from. Alan is always super helpful and remembers me and my husband just based on our order. They always accommodate my lo mein since I only like it with certain vegetables. I order from Lucky Star often and I am never disappointed in the food. The food is fresh and cooked perfectly. The staff are all efficient and friendly. The younger man, who is usually there when I get my food, is very accommodating and takes care to make sure my order is correct. IMO, Lucky Star is the best Chinese food in the area.

I recently tried Lucky Star Chinese Takeaway and was pleasantly surprised by the quality of their food. I ordered fried rice, vegetable lo mein, and crab Rangoon. Each dish was flavorful, and the ingredients tasted exceptionally fresh. The crab Rangoon, in particular, was a delightful mix of crispiness and savory filling.
The place was bustling with customers, which speaks volumes about its popularity. Despite the crowd, the service was efficient, and my order was prepared quickly. It’s rare to find a takeaway spot that combines great taste with freshness, and Lucky Star does just that.
I’m definitely looking forward to my next visit to try more of their menu!

I ordered Sweet & Sour Pork Dinner Combo with Pork Fried Rice & Egg Roll from this restaurant today via Uber Eats. I had specifically requested utensils as I don’t have any at the lodging where I’m staying. However, I didn’t receive that and had to go back downstairs to the lodging desk to procure one. I did receive everything else on the order. (NOTE: This is the 2nd UE Order from the local area that I didn’t receive what was ordered including Utensils). Their Delivery Rcpt had the Uber Price for the meal. A quick check of their menu online demonstrated that I had paid about $7 over & above their typical price excluding tax & delivery driver tips. Perhaps this small oversight & ensuing inconvenience misplaces the value of a customer paying such a premium for their food.
But this happening twice on local area Uber Eats Orders suggests a trend worth calling attention to.
The food came quickly. The Egg Roll was tasty. The Sweet & Sour sauce and the Pork left something to be desired. And, finally the fried rice garnished with slivers of pork being passed off as Pork Fried Rice was outright objectionable. I’ve gotten more pork in a salad with bacon bits than this pork fried rice! I had to hunt for the pork within the rice to find any! That pig got hunted twice!
