Lucky Shuck: Oyster Bar & Taphouse is Jupiter’s place to be for a legit raw bar, fresh seafood, and craft beer experience, and is featured in a towering architectural visualization of vintage-inspired, nautical design reminiscent of an early 20th century wharfside building.
The sprawling indoor/outdoor space flows out to the Riverwalk along the Jupiter Inlet, with picturesque, waterfront views and a scenic landscape filled with luscious palm trees and sprawling nature throughout, creating what one could only describe as blissful paradise. #shucklife
Spacious riverfront seafood restaurant offering a raw bar, a taphouse & Southern-style grills.

We’ve visited Lucky Shuck a few times, mostly for the beautiful waterfront views. The location is fantastic, especially when the weather allows for outdoor dining, and the service has always been excellent. The food is good, though a bit overpriced. We originally came back hoping to order the corn on the cob we loved on a previous visit, but sadly they’re no longer on the menu. We tried the Mexican Corn Fritters instead, but they just weren’t the same. Please consider bringing the corn on the cob back!

Lucky Shuck has quickly become my absolute favorite spot in Jupiter for fresh, flavorful seafood! From the moment I sat at the bar, Val took charge with spot-on recommendations that made the whole experience unforgettable. I started with a dozen oysters, which were incredibly fresh and paired perfectly with their house sauces.
This was my first time trying grits, and wow—the blackened fish atop creamy grits was a revelation. You could really taste the freshness of the fish, and while the sauce leaned a bit sweet, it balanced everything out into an amazing dish. The seared ahi tuna salad was light, vibrant, and bursting with crisp veggies and that perfect rare tuna.
But the standout? The grilled octopus—hands down the best I’ve ever had. Tender, not rubbery at all; they’ve nailed the preparation down to a science. If you’re in the mood for top-notch seafood in a lively riverfront setting, Lucky Shuck is the place. Definitely my new go-to restaurant in Jupiter!

I love this place!! It was recommended to me by one of the valets at the Breakers hotel and I am so grateful! The food was outstanding. The best Mahi Mahi sandwich I’ve ever had, and it had coleslaw on it! Yum. All the dishes the 3 of us had included a unique twist or sauce that elevated it. Our server Alex was enthusiastic, sweet, quick, helpful and has a great energy. She even chose the perfect bday dessert for one of us. The table outside has a beautiful view of the lighthouse. I can’t wait to go back.

Overall, we had a good experience here. The food was decent and the menu had plenty of options, but it felt a little overpriced for what you get. We went during happy hour and didn’t realize until after ordering that you have to sit at the bar to get the happy hour prices. No one mentioned it, even though the bar was just a few feet away.
It was also a pretty chilly, so we skipped sitting outside and ended up at a table right by the door, which made it a bit cold. Nothing that completely ruined the night, but a few small things that added up. Still a nice spot with a good vibe overall.

Wonderful food with a great view. Our service has been great both times and every dish we have had was awesome. On our most recent visit we had the clams which had so much flavor from the garlic, fennel and andouille. I had pecan crusted Covina with grits and lobster cognac sauce. Wow! so tender and so much flavor. My son loved his salmon bowl which also looked delicious.

Passed through town on a road trip when I stopped by lucky shuck. Food was delicious with friendly staff and quick service. Outdoor seating is pretty with a nice view of the water and lighthouse. Would definitely recommend if you’re in the area!

Lucky Shuck in Jupiter is a solid spot if you’re craving good food and a relaxed, coastal vibe. I had the Broadway Burger, named after legendary New York Jets quarterback Joe Namath. As the biggest Jets fan you’ll ever meet, I might be a little biased, hehe but this burger really was delicious. Juicy, stacked perfectly, and full of flavor, with crispy fries on the side and a cold IPA to top it off. Great drink selection and a fun bar atmosphere to watch NFL games etc. Definitely a go to spot if you’re in the area and want something tasty, laidback, and worth coming back for.

Had a truly beautiful lunch at Lucky Shuck. EXCEPTIONAL, attentive, friendly and fast service from Alexandra W and great food in one of South Florida’s postcard-worthy settings. Smoked wings were excellent, same for the Shrimp Fried “Dirty” Rice, fresh fish, Mac & Cheese and Brussels Sprouts. Yum.

We stopped in for lunch. The service is freindly and efficient. IMO, the breading on the calamari was extremely thick. The fried zucchini however was really good. The wings were too good to share so i didnt get a chance to try them. The mac n’ cheese was a little dry and didnt pack flavor. The best part by far were the desserts. We will definitely go back again and try something new.

Our family is a “foodie” family and I very rarely leave a review unless it is out of this world.or it is someone we know personally, and I know a review will help a business. This food was top notch! I got to speak with the chef directly and ask about how he cooks the wings, everything was great but those smoked wings were the best I have ever had! If your in the area, give them a try! Thanks chef for your time, tips and a few wings to go! Good luck with business!
