Best Chinese food in Auburn!!!! I got the beef & broccoli. My husband got the sesame chicken. Everything was fresh, piping hot, and very flavorful. It’s more expensive than other Chinese restaurants in the area, but the portions are much larger. Pork egg rolls were excellent too! We’ll definitely be back!

Very modern atmosphere, including tables with heaters for the meals.
I will say that their pork fried rolls are some of the best that i’ve ever had across the country.
Even the egg drop soup was very good.
I tried the hibachi steak, and it was also above average.
You can’t really beat the price point for the quality of food and the quality of the atmosphere. I will say that I went here during a regular dinner hour on a Saturday and was surprised with the lack of patrons. I would advise anyone reading this to ignore any negative reviews on them.
Many of those reviews by people who only have 1 or 2, maybe 5 reviews altogether.
The only thing I do not like and what I would normally knock a star off of is the menu. It needs to be polished up a little bit because it is so all over the place. It’s not hard but not intuitive by any means.
If I were an actual restaurant reviewer, I would say that it is way too much and probably cost them quite a bit of money and food costs to maintain the ability to prepare all of what they offer.

Another positive review for Lucky Pot

Lunchtime today…and will definitely go back.

Restaurant was clean, cozy

Server was amazing…attentive, and friendly. Came to check on us several times and answered all our questions.

Food was fresh and hot…hot as in temperature and spiciness….oh boy. We got a 1, not sure I’d go higher, lol.
Egg rolls were crispy on the outside but tender on the inside. I could order just those and be happy. Their sweet sour sauce was great and their yum yum sauce was amazing. We had leftovers and the price was on point. Will definitely go back.

We are late to the club of fans for this place, but had an amazing experience building and cooking your own mini hot pots! Loved the wide variety of soup bases and ingredients, and at a reasonable price for the large volume of food! Definitely recommend and we will be returning regularly!

This place is just perfect! Recently I tried hot pot for the first time at a different place and based on my experience I thought hot pots weren’t for me. But after coming to this restaurant I am now a lover of hot pots!! The spicy soup base was so delicious and full of wonderful flavor! Our very kind waitress also gave us some chili oil (the best I have ever had) before hand to make sure that we could choose the spice level that was a perfect fit for me and my family. The food was so amazingly priced that I assumed the portions would be tiny, but not only were the portions greatly sized, but we were able to take home any food we weren’t able to finish (including the food, soup base, and sauce)!! I highly recommend the lobster for your hot pot! (And many other things!) and if your not interested in a hot pot, they have lots of other options of delicious food and boba tea! Overall every aspect of the experience was amazing and it’s even better knowing that it’s a family owned restaurant!

Charming staff. Wonderful menu. Good food. The house green tea alone is enough to make repeat visits for. I had hot & sour soup, as well as Mongolian beef. Flavor was spot on. The rice was fluffy & really completed the meal. My only complaint would be the parking lot it was a slow time of day & I had to walk over from a neighboring parking lot.

A nice hidden Gem! I heard about this place by word of mouth and did not disappoint. The place is clean and nice welcoming atomsphere. The decor is cute and is suited for the place. Now let’s go to the review of the food…delicious! And cook to order. They serve cream cheese wonton so if you like it, it’s for you. It was one of the best lo-mein I had in a long time. The wings were okay. I should have requested them to be fired hard. You get a good quality of food and a bang for your buck for sure. The customer service was nice. They were patient and answered all my questions, and they even gave us a beverage on the house. The salmon was for sure well done, but I don’t mind. The Yum Yum sauce is for sure Yum Yum, lol.

We eat in and take out. Either way, the food is wonderful!! It is made to order, fresh, and plentiful with always enough food to take home for the next day. We have ordered so many different things and have always loved everything we’ve tried. A hidden gem!

A very interesting and awesome experience. I’ve never had quite anything like it before. Couldn’t really understand the menu, but the waiter was very understanding and explained everything.
Ordered the double bowl and then a bunch of sides to add to it. What you do is pay for the size soup you want and then pay for each side. For a bunch of people it actually works out fairly reasonable.
We had a great date night experience. I will add this, I love spicy food, but the spicy soup lit me on fire. It was delicious, but I was sweating from the heat.
