I went to Lucky Pint Irish Pub and Kitchen for the 1st time with my girl the other day. As soon as you walk in it just feels Irish which we sat on the pub side. The atmosphere was great and matched the name perfectly. The food was amazing and the whole menu is Irish food which I love. I got the homemade burger with their Irish flavor which made it a 10/10. They have beer on tap and in bottles and a couple local beers from Ireland. If you like to play pool they have their own pool room along with darts. The outdoor seating is available too if that is what you choose. The staff was amazingly friendly and helpful and greeted us as soon as we walked into the pub and made suggestions on drinks or food to try which is good when trying a new place. Overall the Lucky Pint gets my highest support and I highly recommend you go and check them out when you have the chance to get a drink or grab a bite of the Irish flavors for yourself.

Service was excellent, food was better than I expected and came extremely fast. I got a burger and fries my dad had fish and fries and have no complaints about the food. I’m not a big fan of eating out of a basket the lighting was dim and made it hard to read the menu and the barstools were a little wobbly. Other than that I highly recommend eating here I will definitely be coming back and trying other foods. The prices here compared to other places are about the same. My meal was $13

My husband and I were very impressed with our experience. We went on a night of live music which was great. Our server was excellent. We had the deep fried mushrooms which were portobello slices. First time I’ve had mushrooms this way and they, and the dipping sauce, awesome. Loaded tots were on point. Husband had the shepherds pie which he loved. I had corned beef dinner which was a very large portion and excellent. Drinks were unique and delicious. This is now our favorite place to go out!

We really enjoyed the food. The band were pretty good, but not what we were hoping to hear. It was an Irish pub, so were expecting Irish music. It was like heavy rock music.
We would go back for the food.
Excellent service.

Y’all need to hitch up the wagon and head down to The Lucky Pint! My wife and I have been there twice, and both times the food was absolutely top-notch, and the service was impressive! Last time, I played it safe with the fish and chips and was happy with my choice. Today, I opted for the shepherd’s pie. Our wonderful waitress, Sarah, advised me that they offered a half portion, which was just enough to satisfy my hunger. They use real lamb (not ground beef, which would technically make it ‘cottage pie’) along with sauced vegetables under a layer of creamy mashed potatoes. You won’t find better shepherd’s pie in any restaurant within 500 miles. My wife had the chicken and chips and raved about the batter and the chips. The last time we were there, she had the Irish Hot Brown and loved it as well!

This place is a winner! If I had to find a fault, it would be that the music didn’t quite fit the setting and was competing with music coming from the pub next door. However, it was barely an issue and certainly wouldn’t deter us from coming back again. I can’t wait!

An exceptional place to eat and watch your favorite sports teams. If you want to sports venue atmosphere then you go to that side, if you want to more quieter spot to dine with your love one or family then you go to a completely different side. The food is top notch and the owner is very pleasant. Camd yo our table and made sure everything was proper several times A++

We did not eat so we cannot comment on that*

We stopped in for some late night drinks on the way home and it was everything we wanted. The bartender guy was super friendly and welcoming, he recommended many drinks and told us he looked forward to making them. The environment is good, typical Irish bar but not too crazy and they do have a happy hour. Not much lighting in there but it was late and they had the fans on so high that when we put money on the bar it all blew away, seemed a bit excessive.

We look forward to coming back and trying their food.

I purposely withheld visiting this establishment for several days after their Grand Opening as every horse looks good at the start.
First, the likes.
I like the menu items, of which there appeared to be quite a selection. Solid food choices. I will drop a photo of the menu.
I had the old Irish Favorite of Hot-Wings with a side of ranch. I don’t know if Hot-Wings is an “Irish Favorite” or not, but they were on the menu. As Hot-Wings are always a bar favorite I figured it was a good place to start. Eight wings made perfect and delicious 12$.

The place had a relaxed feel to it and was particularly clean, including the restroom which appeared to be well stocked. There were a few things “Irish” about the place, but it wasn’t overwhelming.
Atmosphere was nice and appeared to be Religious/Political/Woke non-observant, which is very much appreciated in today’s climate. This is a perfect place to relax and have a cold beer or fine shot of spirits, to which the Bartender did courteously try to up-sell me on.

I would like to add a personal comment: I very much hope and pray this establishment makes it for the simple reason that the area needs more variety and choice.

Now, the things I didn’t like.
I didn’t like walking through a dining room to enter a Bar-area. I understand the purpose of this, but I personally don’t care for it. I don’t feel it is a separation of dining area and drinking area if the drinkers have to walk through amongst the diners.
The place was also a bit dark. I was in the place around lunch and it was a beautiful day outside. Had there been clouds I don’t doubt I would have needed a flashlight.
Their beer selection was small and exclusive to a few specialty blends of and imports, of which I had the Dos Equis. I did see the truck pull up which was expected to be bringing a much wider selection, so I won’t fault them on this as they have just opened, and they were preparing their coolers for the delivery.
The happy hour is from 5-8. I personally would like to see this extended. Also, there are no discounts (military, first responders, senior, etc.). 5.25$ a drink for beer, so this isn’t a place for day drinkers. Food items are priced on the menu that I will drop. Their televisions weren’t playing sports nor specials to fit the mood of the place either, even a decent movie would have been nice. I am deaf so noise or music is not an issue for me, but it did appear nearby couples were having to do a lot of yelling.

At this time I’m going to offer a three and a half (3.5) star review with an anticipation of visiting again within the next couple months to check the progress.

The food is amazing and the prices are even better. The staff was super nice and we got to talk to the owner. She was super nice and chatted with us for awhile until she had to go cook. All in all, great meal, we absolutely will come here again in the future.

This place has been a regular visit since I’ve come to Somerset for vacation.

The place has got a good vibe, good bartenders, and Coke products

Food – I ordered the cottage pie. It is good for what they make as cottage pie.

Is it a cottage pie from a Irish restaurant. Not from my local one’s.

It is still good. Thanks.
