Hadn’t been to Lucky Lowes in a long time we used to eat there years ago. I was excited to go back. The ribs were very dry. The coleslaw was just slaw with no dressing. The potato salad was so mashed. It was just a mushy mess. A piece of dry toast, which I hate at a barbecue restaurant. I would like to have a little butter on it before they toast it. There really wasn’t anything good that we had.

Lucky’s seems to be a bar first then a place to eat second. Very friendly staff (bar maids). Great place to hang out. The sandwiches were only so so. Plenty of bbq sauce keeps it moist and warm. The meats were just ok. Could definitely find somewhere better to eat. Unless you need an adult beverage to go with your meal. I would look elsewhere.

Lucky Luke’s is the best barbecue in NWA! Absolutely a Fayetteville staple. Some newer BBQ places are a little too proud of their prices, but this is the real deal. It’s a must if you’re looking for a delicious meal surrounded by good people! And don’t forget to stop in for Wing Wednesday.
