Waited 30 minutes. Waitress walked up to us 4 times and while she was 4-5’ away she would just turn away. Last time she walked up and turned away to go to a group that came in after we were there. Won’t be back, Critters was light years better than this place.

Great pizza and always friendly service. We order pizza over the phone and the wait time is rarely more than it takes to cook the pizza.

My pizza order was wrong and when I called to inform them of the mistake the lady interrupted me and quickly told me I was wrong and that she was the cook and she did it correctly. I told her that I was looking at the pizza and it’s not what I ordered. She yelled “your pizza order is correct I’m looking at the ticket”. I just said ok and hung up. Customer service is terrible. We can go anywhere to get pizza-cheaper pizza even. We won’t be going to a business who is rude.

Put in an online order and paid for it a day in advance to make sure I would get my order.
They call 1/2 an hour before I am supposed to go pick it up and tell me they just got my order and they are completely out. I told them that I ordered the day before and they told me that they don’t get the online orders until right before they have to cook them. REALLY?!!!!! I got my money back and told them I would never order from them again!!
Been waiting 2 weeks now for my money back and still no refund. When we called he said they got really busy and just overlooked it. But they would get it taken care of. Really? I think they were hoping we would just forget about it. WOW.

This is my favorite pizza “joint”. The service is always friendly and they take care of you. The prices are very good and the pizza is the best I’ve ever eaten. We try to visit at least once every couple of months.
