The beer was tasty and refreshing, and the food didn’t disappoint either! I was especially impressed by the salad—it was fresh, generously portioned, and packed with a great variety of ingredients. The Latin soup was a standout: rich, flavorful, and comforting.

The outdoor seating area really adds to the experience. It’s spacious, full of greenery and colorful flowers, creating a relaxed, welcoming vibe. It’s the kind of place that’s perfect for spending an afternoon with a group of friends, enjoying good food, drinks, and conversation.

I would rate the pizza 5 star. It was really good. Surprisingly good. Our group got a vegetarian pizza, and it was one of the best veggies I ever had. The meat pizza was even better IMHO. The ambiance of the place was really good with dog posters plastered all around. It had that old refurbished ex manufacturing facility Warehouse converted to a brewery type of feel. It is peak Portland but excellent. The staff was nice as well. I would come back again.

While service with a terse smile is forgivable, even understood, on a surprisingly busy Wednesday night, the “mezze” plate was not. I am not sure how hummus could be described as wet, but… the breadsticks were oddly congealed vaguely yeast like creations, I was appalled at their appearance next to crudite… which wound up being canned sliced black olives, huge chucks of feta, and sad pepperonicinis. When the delightful part of an appetizer plate is how the cucumbers are cut and look ON the plate, there’s a problem. Sorry, Lucky Lab, your offerings do not feel that Lucky.

I have been to Lucky Lab many times because of it’s location and accommodations for larger groups, but it has to be one of the worst managed restaurants/breweries i have been to. It seems to be perpetually understaffed, and the FOH employees working the register and bringing out drinks take an impossibly long time. A single draft pour and slice order somehow takes far longer than it should, and when there’s anyone ahead of you expect to wait 5+
minutes for each person in line. Additionally, the pizza is unacceptably bad. It is cheap, but in a city with so much fantastic pizza available I have no clue how it can be this poor. Lastly, one time they charged me $90 for a slice and beer and I had to come in the next day for them to fix it – when i came back they only refunded me the difference from their mistake, I feel like that should have been a full refund for my trouble.

This place is not really for vegans. Though, there are some vegan options that are on the menu. It’s a great place to meet up with several folks, given the long sort of communal tables. The vegan pizza and salad served at the event I attended at Lucky Labrador Beer Hall was okay. The staff were super friendly, prompt and service and accommodating!

Was here for a private event. The staff were very friendly, polite, and incredibly helpful and accomodating. The food was delicious and resonably priced as well. Definitely a location I will not mind frequenting again in the future!

This place has an extensive menu. Pizza, sandwiches, soups, sides and salads. Veggie and vegans welcomed with options for all food restrictions. Beer menu was great! Had an assortment of German styles, English styles and what you see at every brewery. Good variety for all walks of life! Service was great with recommended food options from the young gentle man at the counter with in my dietary restrictions. Loved all his recommendations. Cheers!

We had brunch before we came otherwise we would have tried the pizza, it looked soo delicious!!! (Every table we saw had pizza so it must be good here). Great beer selection, we ordered at the bar and took our drinks to a table. It was a pretty casual place and we enjoyed our visit.

My nonprofit hosted a private event here last week, and the space was great. Libby was such a kind and incredible bartender and she made sure that our gluten free guests were able to swap out the pizza buffet for a gluten free sandwich which was very much appreciated. I would highly recommend working with Libby – she did a great job answering all my questions throughout the entire planning process.
