This is my favorite relaxed bar in old town. The staff is always prompt. The vibe is always cozy. I really miss the huge barrel of peanuts at the front door but if you’re a pre pandemic person, don’t worry about it. There is often a fire place going in the back. Sometimes there is live music and there is always good bar food and Irish drink specials. No TVs.

Only my second time here since my daughter started at CSU in 2021 – and I was yet again impressed! Their Guinness Stew is ridiculous! Got the Shepard’s Pie with the stew this time and it was fabulous! But too much mash and cheese for me – was really craving more stew. So I got some to go for today’s lunch! Glad I did! My daughter and I shared the Tater Skins – highly recommend! And Brooke our server was wonderful! Had a list of other places I wanted to try but had to go back to Lucky Joe’s! I will, without question, drive the 45min to Ft Collins just for that damn stew!

Walked in on Christmas Eve eve. Was able to sit right at the bar. I had an Irish coffee and a turkey melt with tater tots. The sandwich was excellent!! I’ve never had an Irish coffee before but it was delicious and had amazing creme on top. I am from our of town but would let ve to visit again and try the Ruben.

Lucky Joe’s has a great central location — easy to find and convenient to stop in for a drink. The Bloody Mary was actually really good, but the bartender wasn’t overly friendly, which made the atmosphere feel a little flat.
We had one drink and decided to move on, but overall it’s a decent spot if you’re nearby and want a quick drink.

First time , I was pretty disappointed in the Shepherds pie , it tasted like a can of “Dinty Moore “ can stew not good at all , the staff should google the true meaning of “Shepherds Pie “. The best was the , server she was great .

I always thought Lucky Joe’s was never an anti-free speech place but I said my last name (^you can see it right there) and they said I had to leave for saying that. I showed my ID and told them and they still wanted me out. And the person who was complaining was only over hearing my conversation wasn’t even a part of it but of course they’re just gonna kick me out anyways. I will never be going back. Completely unfair discrimination. Can’t say my own name in this bar. Lucky Joe’s will see this and not care cause they don’t give a shit.

What a perfect day to sit outside right in the middle of old Town and enjoy some amazing food, with good service. The inside of this restaurant was very eclectic and filled with Irish charm. We look forward to returning on a colder day and enjoying the atmosphere inside.

Hands down my favorite place in Fort Collins. Great saloon with amazing drinks and they always have the game on, if not they can find it for you. Got served by Marybeth and she has been here for a while and seen it all. This used to be our go to place in college and it’s so great to be back here to have a few drinks. I was here during the day and it was pretty empty but got to chat with the bar tender and reminisce the old days. Live music at night and an abundance of shenanigans.

I hope lucky and Joe change their policy about dogs on the patio. If not I will do everything i can to discourage your business. I live in old towm and walk in the square every day and from now on every one i see i will discourage them from doing business with you!!

The green chili here is the best. Great Guinness pints, Irish coffees, and fantastic weekend vibes. Reuben fries are a great shareable, huge and loaded.
