My momma took me out to Lucky J for my birthday, and it was such a great experience. The atmosphere was welcoming, and our waitress Jess did an excellent job taking care of us. My steak was cooked perfectly — tender, flavorful, and exactly how I wanted it.
It made for a really special birthday dinner, and I’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend Lucky J!

I went here for a birthday dinner and everything was delicious. The show made the whole experience even better! I’d totally come back. Prices are fair, our waitress was super nice… and honestly, if I could give extra stars for the vibe, I would.

Great service, great menu and food! Awesome place, but it can be loud if you have sensory issues. The attached arena is so cool and unique and provides an awesome experience.
We never leave hungry and always have a great experience dining here. This establishment obviously has standards and they keep them! Give them a try!

We went to eat last night, it was a Saturday so we expected it to be busy, which we were fine with. We got sat pretty fast but we waited almost ten minutes for our server to even take our drink order. Which, again, we were fine with because we knew it was busy. But as we went on through the night we kept getting neglected and overlooked by our server. We were sitting in the back of the restaurant next to the bar so it was harder for us to get her attention but it would’ve helped if she came to check on us more often. When we finally flagged her down to ask her how much longer on the food she snapped and said, “I don’t know it hasn’t been that long since your order was put in.” (It had been 30 minutes at this point). She seemed to be pregnant and in pain but that is still no excuse to treat your customers badly. We tried to over look her attitude but it just kept getting worse and worse. When our food came we asked her for ketchup and bbq and she gave a big huff and said okay. As she was turning around I seen her roll her eyes. We seen her treat a few other tables like this as well. She seemed very unhappy and it ruined the entire atmosphere. It was honestly just disappointing because we had been looking forward to this being our new place to go every date night. We did get her name so we can specially ask to not be sat in her section if we do decide to try this place again. Service was a 0/10 but the food was pretty delicious!

Always a great experience from the food to the staff and atmosphere! A great place to have a large group of folks and have everything ship shape!

Great food. I highly recommend the grilled shrimp and steak. The indoor rodeo is fun to watch but the seating in bar area is uncomfortable.
Great energy friendly folks. Make sure to check out the attached store for all your favorite country wear.

Wanted to go for a while to the Lucky J. They were busy for Friday night dinner. We had some Buffalo chicken dip for an appetizer. It was ok, it did have some spice. I ordered the house steak, baked potato, and baked beans. It was ok as well. Debbie ordered teriyaki kabobs, fries, and onion rings. She said the teriyaki was good. It was just okay. No hurry to go back.

Very good steak, I have had better, but that is usually a personal preference to most peoples taste. The rest of meal was very tasty. Atmosphere was great, We will come back on a night when activities are going on, that looks fun. A lot of the foods are handmade or handbreaded not just out of a package and fried. the side of beans, we’ll that needs some more work in flavors but its just a side. We traveled 1 and 1/2 hours to try this place to meet family, If you are just passing through town on the interstate this place is worth the stop and a very good place to unwind. Place gets busy around 6pm, Come early.
Highly recommend and safe travels all!

Went to eat there Friday evening. We waited for over an hour to be seated and was with my mother, who’s handicapped and paralyzed on one side walks with a cane, and we were given a table that was tall, which she could not sit on tall stools…a so then we were seated back in the waiting area and told to wait longer while the people after us got a booth seating . We finally sat to eat and we ordered the appetizers which was fried mushrooms and fried green beans and they were amazing delicious perfect then we each ordered a plate since it was my partner‘s birthday. She ordered the 14 ounce ribeye and that was an amazing steak I ordered the bourbon pork chop on top of a bed of rice. It was so dry that not even the sauce on top could help chew it and swallow it. I was unable to eat. My mother got the pulled pork and it was brought with no barbecue sauce so it was just pulled pork very dry not juicy at all. Our server never came back to see if we need anything after she served. Our dinner…had to wait 15 minutes for her to come back and ask for a barbecue sauce …by then my mother’s meat was cold and we had to drench it in barbecue sauce and ultimately brought it home too make pulled pork sandwiches because there was no way to eat it when she was at the restaurant ..when I expressed about my pork chops being inedible the girl just looked at me with a blank stare, I gave literally the whole plate back and said I didn’t want it, .. I paid for the whole dinner and even tipped to girl 20% which she did not deserve, because she did not tend to us at all during our whole meal, so if you wanna order food, just don’t order anything that’s with pork meat because the cook doesn’t know how to cook pork. They did a good job on the steak. The rest of the sides were great as well. The rice that went with the bourbon pork chops was drenched in bourbon sauce, so it was almost like a bourbon soup rice..Not a good first time experience for me and my family.. The young server was definitely not professional.

This place is very unique. The food was amazing and the service was fantastic. The fried mushrooms were awesome, and the onion rings were easily the best I’ve ever eaten. The house steak with the bourbon glaze was truly delicious. The mac and cheese was super cheesy, creamy, and absolutely delicious. The cinnamon apples were very good and just enough sweet for a nice dessert. The chicken fried steak was great, and the gravy was amazing. The overall atmosphere was super friendly. The place is a little bit of the main road, but if you’re looking for a truly amazing steak, this is the spot. It’s definitely worth a stop. If we’re going back through the area, we’ll be without a doubt making a stop here again.
