I like the Beef noodle roll which is made of real beef; Chicken Feet is soft enough with good favour. They will still serve newly cooked items even it is 1:20pm. Waitress is friendly.

The dim sum was not fresh. The fried items seemed to have been prepared early in the morning and kept in the cart. They tasted terrible, and the service was poor. Price is high then another one.
Bad experience

Ate here the other day. Called 2 dishes for myself, then a small group came in and sat near me. Not even half way through my dishes one of the lady came from behind me and grab one condiment and “refill” it. It wasn’t empty. And she didn’t do that to any other tables. No hate but if you want your customer out by 3 minutes in then let us know next time. I finished, got up, paid and left. The batter of the outer layer was dried, and the inside wasn’t warm. No hate. Please do better to your paying customers next time. And please, your restaurant is never busy. I’ve seen wayyy more busy restaurants and they always have time to take care of their dine in customers. I’ve just read the other reviews and if it’s really the case then you should be featured in Hell’s kitchen.

Food is good but pricey. $72 for 6 dim sum items and tea for two. Regular menu items are $19+. The exterior and interior needs work, I don’t mind if a place is a little ran down due to age but definitely needs a deep clean and a better trash system. Garbage trailed from the back door to the dumpster. Service is quick but gruff, possibly due to cultural differences and language barrier. I try to be an easy patron especially when it seems like staff is having a rough time, but still was left feeling like a nuisance after every normal interaction.
It’s worth going to if you want good dim sum or duck,

While the customer service could be improved, I stopped ordering because the food was not good.

I have not seen a dim sum cart since COVID started. This place had a couple and the variety was really good. They only do the egg tarts on Saturday and Sunday, though.

We’ve been to Lucky House before, but honestly enjoyed it more this time around. After thinking about their prices compared to similar places we’ve been, I’d say they’re pretty average — despite some of the comments I’ve seen saying they’re expensive.
We went with a group of friends and ordered at least 10 different dishes, and everything we tried was good. It’s definitely family-style eating, which works great for sharing. The only downside was that they were a bit pushy with the food. We kept saying we were good, but they continued to encourage us to order more. A couple of times we ordered the smaller size of a dish and ended up getting the larger portion instead, which we didn’t realize until later in the meal.
On the flip side, the service was still attentive — they stayed on top of refilling drinks and checking in to make sure we were doing okay. They also have large tables, so it’s a solid option if you’re dining with a bigger group.

It’s a stand alone bldg that doesn’t look like much from the outside. It’s a small family restaurant and has a clean interior including the restrooms. There were 2 of us and we went for dim sum at lunch. We ate the fried footballs, steamed ribs, baked pork bao, fried yellow shrimp and chives dumplings, sticky rice in lets leaves and Chinese broccoli. They hv a good variety of dim sum considering it’s not a huge place. It was all tasty and it’s served from a cart. The ladies/service was nice. Tea costs $1.25; it was jasmine.

I met a Facebook Marketplace buyer at this spot and decided to try out the dim sum. Surprisingly, it was delicious! Don’t judge a book by its cover. The friendliness of the staff varied; some were nice, while others were not so much. They do offer spacious parking on-site. The atmosphere is pleasant, spacious, and tidy. I’d rate this place a solid 4.5 overall.
