Too bad 0 stars isn’t an option. Worst ordering system I’ve ever seen. Ordered online. 2.5 hours later order wasn’t filled. Definitely lost this future customer and based on the 20+ people waiting when I left going to lose quite a few more. Need to learn how to run a business.

Considering that NYE is one of the busiest days of the year for Chinese takeout, the place was very crowded when I arrived to pick up my pre-ordered food. There was a significant crowd that appeared to be waiting for orders as well. There were several orders behind the counter that were completed and waiting to be picked up. This process could use a little refining. For the people posting horrible reviews about the service they received on this day, bless your hearts. Yes it was very busy and yes the process seems to need some adjusting, but we received the food we order relatively on time and accurately and it was very tasty. All that being said, we are lucky to have an establishment that was able to accommodate our desire to enjoy Chinese Food on NYE in lew of spending an evening out. Thank you to the staff. I hope you all have a good new year and consider this experience as one to learn from.

I order from here a few times a month and always get the same thing… Sesame chicken. Most times it is great… Juicy, tender, tons of sauce… So much so that sometimes it spills out of the container. However, the last two times I ordered it, I was so disappointed when I opened the container. There was barely any sauce on the bottom of the container and the chicken was so tough , stringy and dry that I ended up throwing away more than I ate. I’ll give them another shot because when the food is on point it is excellent but I am very disappointed in these last two visits. I’m not sure if something changed in the kitchen or what, but it’s definitely not the same .

Great food with even better service. Been coming here since I started a job in Bristol a few months ago. My son and I come here everyday for great food with great prices. The portions are very generous as well as the owners. Can’t say enough about this place to be honest. Try it for yourself you will not regret a penny.

Lot of negative reviews based on NYE crowds. Though I did end up waiting awhile, the staff was friendly (despite impatient customers) and the food was delicious. I would definitely come back here when it is less busy.

This one delivery driver argues his tip always. I do 10% on small orders at a distance of a quarter mile from my home. Tired of fighting with this guy. The female that does these delivery is very professional and always thanks for tip as it should be. Next time he comes he get nothing.
