Japchae Noodles…
Japchae (Korean: 잡채, Hanja: 雜菜) is a savory & slightly sweet dish of stir-fried glass noodles & vegetables that is popular in Korean cuisine…
The food, on the other hand, is just okay compared to the high price. We ordered the Yaki Udon with Karaage-inspired Crispy Chicken. The udon was flavorful with great texture, but the chicken is quite dry and didn’t look that delicious. However, I think this is still one of the easy-to-eat comfort food that you can get to fill up your belly quickly between rides if you don’t know what to choose.
The ube beer they had there was awesome, too. Very much on the sweeter side, but if you like kinda dessert-y beers like I do, it’s for you.
Not sure who’s complaining about this place, but I enjoyed it very much (although the loud and incessant j-pop will make you want to limit your time here).
Mobile order is definitely the way to go as the line was always long during lunch and dinner time. We usually ordered about 1-2 hours before as the time slots would usually get filled up if we waited till when we wanted to eat to order.
The vegetarian yaki udon and it was not that great as it was cold when I picked it up from the window. I didn’t know there would be so much ginger mixed in (as I’m not a fan of ginger).
The chicken teriyaki was a bit better but it a tad too sweet for my tastes.
The lychee tea was probably the best part, the tea was refreshing and the lychee jelly was a nice addition.
The beef birria ramen left a lot to be desired though. I had to eat through the whole bowl of ramen before I could find the beef which turned to just be 1-2 bites of brisket.
If you have a small appetite or want a small snack, I recommend order the kids serving size of their dishes. It comes on a small plate but is a decent amount of food for the price.
Kinda let down with the quality of the food here after hearing good reviews about it while researching DCA food.
Ramen taste was good but noodles were clumped
Egg was not cooked properly tasted almost ready
Portions were just okay not incredibly large per Disney standards usually
Wished there were pickled vegetables or something and didn’t see but I ate it with a fork. Who eats Ramen with a fork and spoon ??? Or maybe I didn’t see where the chopsticks were. The condiments station only had fork and spoon and Napkins. But it did fit the bill . Okay price and Did fill my Ramen fix and satisfy me.
