Ordered food got it delivered when opening it… there was hair inside called them they wouldn’t pick it up so went there and the lady attacked me.. I have it on video …..NEVER AGAIN… owner called me and told me he was going to fire her but I think he lies and thats his wife…. if I could zero stars all over the place

This is a typical Chinese American place. In addition to the usual fare, they also offer fruit teas. The takeout is decent, and the staff are quick to take the order. I’ve never had a problem with the takeout service-wise. The restaurant itself was a bit dim in the day, and I wasn’t sure where the extra seating was, but I also didn’t go beyond the cashier. Overall, it’s a decent spot in the area to scratch that Chinese American food itch.

Years ago they were great. Now it’s terrible. There beef in their fried rice and low mane was all chewy. It’s as if they boiled the beef. No flavor at all. This place fell off. Last time I went there the food was horrible, decided to go give it one more try again same no bland taste. I never wrote any comments about anyone’s business until today, shows you how bad it is. Almost $50 down the drain.

I’ve never been here in person I only order delivery but so far in Staten Island it’s been my favorite Chinese spot. It’s not going to wow you but most of the choices so far have been pretty solid and I love that they have “baby” crab rangoons.

Ordered from this place for a small party I was hosting. First off the portions were small, I called them upon realizing and there large is in the round smaller container. They stated it’s the same size which they are totally not. They did send over another portion to compensate, which means they knew they tried taking me for a ride. Dumplings (shrimp and pork) were so doughy and empty with barely any filling. Food had no taste what so ever. Opened an order of Shrimp and broccoli and the smell from the rotten shrimp was unbearable. I could’ve and should’ve complained but decided to throw it out and never order from here again. This is an honest review. I had no pun with this place prior to ordering because this is the first time I ordered from here. Lucky Fortune management, If you see this review you really need to have some quality control in your kitchen. GOOD LUCK!

, noddles with duck sauce or waiter took 20 min. We got order taken took over an hour for soup, another 20 min for food. Wait staff we didn’t see only to order and drop food. Didn’t see if we needed anything in between they were on take out side whole time. Bathroom was disgusting pee on bowl and floor. When brought to there attention just told me use the other genders Bathroom. Food was not seasoned well, general tso tasted like bbq sauce.
