We ordered from Uber Eats, first time trying this place. Food was great! LOVED the green beans, the Szechuan tofu was yummy, & the lo main was so good. The General Tso’s tofu wasn’t spicy – that was our only ’complaint’ – but it was still very good. We are so glad we found Lucky Express. We will order from here again!

I have been buying food there for several years, but the last recent times the food have gradually gotten worse. We ordered pork fried rice, which was very salty and string beans was extremely overcooked and the fried chicken look like they had been fried at least 2 to 3 times.

My wife ordered the Vegetable Egg Foo Young, served with white rice and gravy. Also available with pork, chicken, shrimp, or a special Egg Foo Young including pork, chicken and shrimp.
I tried the Shrimp with Garlic Sauce combination dinner with green pepper, celery, carrots, mushrooms, and snow peas. Comes with egg roll, fried rice and choice of wonton, egg drop, mixed or hot & sour soup. Very good and spicy.

The food is good however last time I went, I wasn’t offered like normally a lunch special or a dinner special on Christmas Day I was charged $17 for white rice and General chow chicken when normally the lunch special is 10.95 with a drink when they ask you if you want white rice or brown rice maybe they were just overwhelmed with all of us non-Christmas celebrations ordering Chinese food that day

I’m impressed especially by the dim sum. It’s got little chestnut pieces to enhance the texture. Did they make this themselves from scratch?? Pretty much all their food tastes like they did. Step above all the other places that just uses frozen food.

I have not been to a decent ‘quality vs price’ Chinese Food restaurant in a long time -even places that used to be good were serving poorer quality & for higher prices. I get that it’s hard right now so I was SOOOOO happy when I was introduced to Lucky Express because I finally had an amazing Chinese takeout place to go to!! Everything I have had so far has been perfect & the vegetables /meats are fresh & high quality. I don’t even live in Boca but have to go right around the corner from there at least once a week, so I’m sure my boys & I will pick up from there as much as my wallet will allow! Oh! And the prices are even better than the other places around! Good service too from the boys 🙂

doesn’t know anything about customer service, she is loud and itbseems as if she thinks she is doing you a favor buying from her . I will never returned to that place because of her. Obviously her little son knows more of how to defenetly treat a customer than she will ever know. She needs to be remind it that she is not a nice person. I had to ask if she thinks she talking to her child she has no respect for customers Or as a person. She told me she don’t care I can go buy somewhere else. She should say in the back of the restaurant. She don’t know to talk to customers. She’s too disrespectful.

The food was disgusting. The ribs were cold and chewy. They tasted ‘old’. The rice was unlike any Chinese fried rice I had ever had- bland and yellow. I ordered two egg rolls. I took one bite and bit into something tough & chewy and it wouldn’t break down. I spit it out and just threw my food away. I literally ate 5 bites of all the food and just tossed it. The person was nice but the restaurant and lobby was just old, junky and unappetizing. I wouldn’t recommend it – at all.

This is takeout only but we feel it is the best local Chinese restaurant. Sauces are complex and fresh tasting. There is a good variety of vegetables. We do miss wide chow fun noodles. Please add them to your menu!
