A great place to go sit a while and have a drink and/or something to eat. Very welcoming, with an elegant atmosphere that also manages to feel as cozy as a neighborhood bar. Friendly staff and good service. A nice selection of wine and craft beer, as well as old favorite domestics. And gambling, if you wish. All this in Round Lake.

Stopped In for a glass of wine..noticed they serve sandwiches so I decided to get one and let me tell you…Lisa made me one of the best sandwiches I’ve ever had! The pretzel bread was nice and soft, the amount of salami was filling and the pepper Colby jack cheese had a nice delicious kick to it. They also have a nice variety of wine. Lisa was also very nice. Will be coming back here again. Thanks Lisa!

Emma’s is definitely a gem! They have excellent beer and wine selection. The reviews are legit and so are the sandwiches. The service has always been outstanding and the place is amazingly clean. Truly a fantastic establishment. Hat’s off to their whole staff!

What a hidden gem! The owner is so friendly and accommodating and the atmosphere very friendly and comfortable. The handcrafted sandwiches are delicious and generous and there is a wonderful selection of beer and wine available. Don’t be fooled by the location… Walked at Nippersink forest preserve first and this is a stone’s throw from there… Wonderful find and will be returning.

Stopped here while looking for a sandwich for lunch. I was amazed. The young lady working was very patient and explained the menu and process. The Boar’s Head meat on the sandwich along with cheese the awesome mustard choices made it well worth my time. Also noticed a great selection of wines and very clean atmosphere. I’ll be back!!!

This place is loved by so many and rightly so. Greatest thing that has happened to Round Lake in a very long time. Fabulous service,classy wine and beer bar,great sandwiches,impeccably clean and if you don’t gamble you won’t probably notice it’s there. To some person who gave it 3 stars. I noted you did 21 reviews on the same day! Suspicious.
