Honestly, I had a very terrible experience. Food was incomplete. I spent $120 and I didn’t even receive a few items that I ordered Called in to try to get that order complete. They said that they would have a manager call me back and never did. My two large rices were wrong, one of the plates I ordered was not the right one, if you want friend egg in your rice you need to pay $1 per egg, if you want home made duck sauce you have to pay no matter how large your order is, we order for 8 and received only 2 fortune cookies which is tradition for us all to read out loud after we’re done eating, I called again no answer so I wait again and I called the following day and I met with a manager That doesn’t speak English correctly, so it’s hard to communicate effectively, but basically I didn’t get the food that I was ordered. The food is not really good to me. Personally I had a very bad experience. I was trying to get my money back because of the food being so bad and not getting the items that I had ordered they were only offering to give me $15 back. I had to argue a little bit just to get $42.50. I brang back most of the food beside Alittle bit of rice being gone and maybe a couple egg rolls but my order was large and for my whole family which I didn’t get to eat because it was terrible. The boss is a donkeys behind, don’t care about customer service or satisfaction. Never again will I order from them. A friend was admit about me trying it so I gave them a chance and they failed miserably at gaining more customers. Never again. Eat at Hong Kong’s

I just ordered and I’m disappointed. My big plate came with wontons and the other one came with crab rangoons, so I asked them for wontons instead of rangoons for both plates. They gave me all crab rangoons, no wontons. The springroll was pretty flavorless and the rice was a bit undercooked and crunchy. Three stars because my kids like the chicken fingers and beef teriyaki. I probably won’t be ordering from them for quite a while though.

This is a great takeout place! Friendly staff, and i LOVE the food. Best fried rice, egg rolls, wontons , ribs around. I like the general chicken too. They deserve 5 stars for their cooking. Highly recommend

The food is always so good and the portions are well sized too. They always do all my special instructions without any complaints and don’t even charge me extra for it. Definitely my favorite Chinese restaurant around here!

If I could give service zero stars I would. I have been ordering from this place for almost 20 years, but today was my breaking point. In the past they have taken 2 hours to deliver, forgotten items I ordered, replaced items I’ve ordered and even once did not pay me back after they didn’t deliver an order. But today was my breaking point. Today I called to place the same order I’ve placed for the last 20 years. A pupu plater for two and a large Chicken chow mein with no vegetables. This guy told me the chicken chow mein is a vegetable dish and can’t be made with out them. And then tried to convince me I meant lo mein. Nope, I meant the very chow mein they make in the factory in Fall River. I explained what I wanted. He tried to convince me that chew mein was something else. He put us on hold to talk to the chef and then went back to explaining it was a vegetable dish. We canceled the order and ordered from China star. Guess what I told them? “ I want a pupu plater for two and a large Chicken chow no vegetables” No argument. Just in case anyone is confused what our local chow mein is, I left a pick below.

I believe this was the worst Chinese food I’ve had since we moved to the south coast 8 years ago. All we got was appetizers. The beef teriyaki was flavorless as were the crab Rangoon and chicken fingers. The pork fried rice was overcooked. The decor was worse than dated.. the counters were contact paper and the topper was the barefoot teen in the corner.

I experience his restaurant today for the first time and my experience was horrible. The chicken fingers had no flavor whatsoever tasted like they were deep fried and water. The lo mein had nothing in it but noodles and meat. There was no spring onions, no P shoots nothing at all. The rice was dried out and flavorless. The spare ribs were either overcooked or dried out and drowned in what I can only imagine was sugar water the crab Rangoon‘s had no crab in them whatsoever. It was just a soggy piece of dough stuffed with cream cheese. I will most definitely never go back to this restaurant because the experience was horrifying to say the least, not to mention the eggrolls, which usually can’t be messed up, the eggrolls tasted like water. There was no flavor in anything whatsoever none of the dishes that I ordered had any flavor no salt no spices no nothing. I highly recommend not going here.

I was really excited to try this place, and I ordered the combo with general tso’s chicken, chicken teriyaki, chicken finger, and chow mein. I paid $12.07. This price seems to be at par with other restaurants in the area. And the portion you get is huge. My issue is that the food was simply not good. The general tso’s chicken tasted like ketchup and wasn’t spicy at all. The chicken teriyaki was dry and not flavorful. The chow mein , unfortunately, also lacked flavor, and I couldn’t bring myself to finish it. I will say that the chicken fingers were good and paired well with their duck sauce. I really wanted this to be a good experience, and I was really looking forward to this food. I hope that the food isn’t usually like this, and that my experience with them was a fluke.

I love this place! They always make my vegetable fried rice just how I like it. I always customize what’s in my rice and they make it perfect every time. They even add egg like I ask at no extra charge. Amazing service!
