Great selection of hot dogs and other sides. I got the Chicago dog and subbed for a vegan dog. It was delicious. My kiddo went with the plain dog and liked it as well. The weather cooperated, so we sat on their patio. I will definitely go back if I’m in the area

I’m conflicted giving only 3 stars. The hot dog itself tastes great and seems to be a high quality dog. The ingredients also seem to be very good quality. The downside was the portions of toppings. My wife had the Little Deuce Coupe and it literally had like 4 beans and not much cheese. I had the Model T and there was hardly any coleslaw and very little cheese. It also would have been nice if the cheese was melted, not cold. Overall, they do make a good hotdog, there’s just not enough toppings for the price.

We had a great time. It was apparently national hotdog day and they had some fun content for it. Had some live music, coloring and some kids toy hotdog stands. Inside is small, i assume they are not open in the winter or get little service. My kid who hates hotdogs loved his. We drove an hour to come try it from Backus, MN. Would recommend. The staff were great.

Wow…cute place to grab a dog! Vegetarian and gluten free options available! Friendly peeps too! Limited inside space if it starts to rain. Many hot dog choices. 2 blocks to Paul and Babe Statues. It’s like stepping back in time!

Was really expecting more from this place but it was big disappointment. I just think they could make more appealing but added just a little more and tasteful toppings..I could have made any of these at home for cheaper and added more ingredients and been way happier. I went away hungry and spent over 30$ for 5 hotdogs and three sodas.. If the hotdogs were really good I would be happy to pay that kind of money..but on that day they were average.

Great service all they way around. The lady was very helpful with helping pick hot dogs out for my kids. The food looked and tasted great. Outdoor seating was nice especially on this nice day. Had a great selection of options for hot dogs.

The monkey wrench with a veggie dog subbed in was fantastic. Great portion and decent value. The staff were super nice and didn’t seem to mind when I asked for hot sauce (they kindly gave me a little cup of Frank’s hot sauce). Nice picnic tables with shady awnings outside but close enough to the lake that you could head over to the shady tables there if you wished. Very clean. Lots of street parking nearby.

Hotdog was ok, but bun was stale on both and not really a fan of sweet chili. Not really any flavor to anything and not sure how they clame to be famous for hotdogs like that. I also ordered a milkshake and was extremely disappointed. $5 for a shake and it’s the smallest cup you can imagine, especially for the price and not even really good. First and last time I’ll eat here. Way over priced for what you get. Don’t go if your hungry either, you’ll spend a fortune just to get full.
