Stopped into this place yesterday 7-3-2023. always noticed it in passing and decided to give it a try, bad decision. I decided to buy the charbroiled chicken sandwich on a pita with sweet potato fries. The guy gives me my receipts, (short, young Hispanic guy) and I go and find myself a booth to sit at. As I am waiting I am noticing that it’s taking a really long time to be called for my food and I take a look at my receipt to find out that this guy charged me for a rib eye charbroiled steak. I go back to the count to let him know, he returns the steak purchase to my card and charges me again for the charbroiled chicken. Then he walks from the ordering counter to the pick up counter and grabs the steak order and pulls it off the counter, 3 minutes later they call my order out. I grab it and sit down to find out the sandwich barely has meat on it, and the $5.09 sweet potato fries can probably be counted the portion is so small. Keep in mind I have been waiting over half hour for this food only to be disappointed in the portions, I haven’t taste anything yet but the sweet potato fries have been refried and you can tell. I take the food back to the counter and tell the same guy that I want a refund because I have been waiting on this bs for over half an hour and this place can’t get orders right. The guy adds the food up no taxes and refunds that amount to my card. I tell him there is no way that I am going to allow him to not reimburse me the full purchase after this terrible service, then he blames the computer and laughs and says that it’s only 1.40 am I serious. I look him in his face and tell him I’m very serious, if he’s not so worried about 1.40 then he should have that same energy when it comes to collecting taxes on an order. Bottom line, this place is a scam, overcharges you for food, small portions, terrible service, and there is no remorse or apology given for their attitude or poor customer service.

We just happen to pass Lucky Dog while driving home. I actually made a u-turn and went through the drive-thru. My aunt wanted a Philly cheese steak sandwich. But she’s my 80yr old aunt. So a little of this, and maybe some of that….not a regular order! They got it perfect. My aunt loved it, my car seat is messed up to prove it!

I went inside to order because the drive-thru line was long. My experience with drive-thru always takes a long time. I only ordered a hot dog and an extra order of fries. I played a game while I waited, and when I was done, my food still wasn’t ready. I thought, this is a long wait for a hot dog that should already be cooked and fries that shouldn’t take more than 5 minutes. The lobby was not full. The young lady who took my order saw me sitting and waiting. I did see a bag of food sitting on the side of the counter, but I thought it must not be my order because she saw me sitting and waiting for my food. Still not either of the two working the front, ask me if I got my food or what was I waiting on. I had to step to the counter and ask, “Where is my food? This is a long wait for a hot dog. Only then the other cashier checks the bag that was sitting to the side of the counter and says, “Oh, this must be your order.” Sorry about that. Ok, you messed that up, but you should have offered me something and dumped the cold fries and given me an order of hot fries. By this point, I just want to leave.

Cheap? Not necessarily. But it was really good. Not just a greasy hamburger joint. The Gyro combo was terrific! Would definitely order that again. Also, if you haven’t tried the fried cheese curds…try them! They are delicious.

Average place for average fast food. The Italian beef meat was dry and overcooked. It’s one of those places where if you’re really hungry but don’t want McDonald’s then you settle for a place like this and eat because you need to eat.
