First of all, BEST Sesame Chicken ever!! It’s different than anywhere I’ve had before, Chicken is lightly breaded, sauce isn’t neon orange, nor is the chicken swimming in it, flavor is fantastic.
Second…today I called in my order when I was 30 minutes out, she said it’d be ready in 10. When I told her I’d be 30 minutes, they waited to cook my food, so it would be fresh ready when I got there! There are 3 Chinese places in this area, but Lucky Cheng is the best one, no question

Chinese restaurants change management periodically and unfortunately the atmosphere changes drastically. I was shocked when I went in today. It looked like it was under construction and the lady that waited on me was not nice at all. I was going to order lunch but after she was so unpleasant, I ordered a egg roll and she wanted the $2 before she cooked it. . Unbelievable. I wish we could get some real Chinese food in the area and your patronage is appreciated.

They have changed management and food quality has suffered. Extra greasy egg rolls were not fresh. Hot and sour soup was just water down version with very little tofu and mushrooms. Cook had a bad attitude. They just lost me as customer.

This dining experience could have been better if there was not a lack of communication/language barrier. It is hard to place an order, a ask questions, or make a complaint when the people operating the restaurant speak very little English. It was so frustrating trying to explain my situation. I just decided to settle for what I had and leave. The food was decent, but the customer service was terrible.
