I wanted to get some Chinese food, and saw that this place had good ratings. We ordered inside and ordered it to-go. I ordered a daily special meal, which comes with fried rice and a pork egg roll. I ordered the chicken with broccoli meal. I also ordered the fried wontons. After placing my order, I waited about 10 minutes before it was ready. I’ll be honest, I was pretty disappointed with this meal. The chicken with broccoli was good, but the chicken itself was a little slimy and soft. Chicken in a chicken with broccoli meal usually is soft due to the velveting, but this felt too soft. The broccoli was fine. The sauce itself was light and felt like it needed more flavor. The fried rice was very bland, which is not typical for fried rice. There were no vegetables or eggs in it, it looks like it was tossed with some soy sauce. The egg roll was smaller than the ones I am used to, and was also pretty flavorless. I could not taste the pork in it. Finally, the fried wontons were over fried and were very hard and crunchy, with the consistency of a fortune cookie. Overall, this meal did disappoint, but I appreciated that they were here. I might have gotten the wrong things here.

I’m not sure what I was expecting but I paid way too much money for not much food and it wasn’t appetizing at all. The restaurant is janky and trashy. The soda machine was out of order for several options. My vegetables were basically raw and my food had no flavor. It looked so terrible even just seeing it we actually left when we intended to dine in. I have a terrible headache so I didn’t want to argue with anyone about a refund so I just left. But I paid nearly $40 for food no one ate. Also to be clear we ordered mei fun and I don’t know what noodles these are but they are too fat to be what they were supposed to be. This food was thrown in the trash. If I didn’t feel bad I’d be in there demanding my money back.

Ordered orange chicken. Tasted burnt. Like it was ready but threw it in the grease again to make it hot . You could see the edges were super dark. Meat was dry. It did not sit well with me. I don’t feel good at all. Took a few bites then threw it away. Won’t be going back.

Service and atmosphere were not applicable as it was ordered thru door dash.. my food was atrocious. I ordered Shrimp with Cashews. What I got was celery with cashews, which wasn’t even one of the veggies listed. Out of veggies listed, there was exactly I piece of mushroom, 2 pieces of zucchini and no water chestnuts. Furthermore there were lots of cashews they were not cashews, but peanuts. I have pictures of this meal. 1st pic is all the celery I picked out which as you can see by the 2nd one was over half the meal.

Lubbock does not have good Chinese food options compared to most cities. Sad but true. This is the best place to get it. They do a good job.

Soggy and not good at all. The sesame chicken was meh and the Mongolian Triple delight was horrific and slimy . It was 6pm on a Friday so everything should be fresh. The lady at the counter be so dry.
