This place was recommended by a local while we were in town. We were so happy to find a place that had large cold michelob ultra on draft. Our server recommended a few of the entrees so we tried them. Attached are a couple of pictures. My partner had the aged gold hamburger and I had the high steaks (like a cheese steak) which the server recommended on sourdough. They both were delicious. The high steak was made with filet and so tender and juicy. The atmosphere is like a sports bar with gambling at the bar. They have an outside covered patio which looked nice. Our service was very polite, always checked on us, and helpful. Only thing I would say is the parking behind the place was not the cheapest unless you are staying less then 45 mins. We moved to the Golden nugget self parking and the price was better so if you plan on hanging out for awhile or going to walk around after, park some where else then behind them (you will see the sign that says cheapest parking, don’t believe it).

1st time here for b-day dinner. Loved the atmosphere & turn style grill was fun to watch. Our server was sweet & friendly. Had drinks & the swiss mushroom burger with half fries / taters. Had to get a lucky beaver shirt on the way out.

I’m pretty sure this is affiliated with the same named eatery in Reno near the Atlantis Casino….Anyhow same great food. Excellent quality & taste with large selection of beer on tap and many drinks. Great character Music and there’s TV’s with sports on them. There’s also hundreds of photos of events & people….Definitely a great destination

Lucky Beaver Bar & Burger
Fun, lively atmosphere with an energetic vibe that makes it a great spot to hang out. The hamburgers are excellent—juicy, flavorful, and clearly made with quality ingredients. What really stands out is the customer service: friendly, attentive, and welcoming from start to finish. Definitely a place I’d happily return to.

Don’t let the name or “theme” throw you off as this is a fun bar place to grab a drink and some food. It does get busy so service can be slow, especially later in the night and/or on weekends. The food was good, but again can take a while to get out. Big food meni with a heavy focused on burgers (avoid the fries and get tots if you get a sandwich) Service is ok, and abit hot or miss depending on when you get there. Like every other place in a tourist town they also sell funny merch (hats, tees, etc)

They have this really cool grill that spins and you can see it from outside of the restaurant. I had the calamari fries and a burger. The burger was pretty good but it was nothing extremely exciting about it. Definitely needed a lil salt and pepper for taste. My burger was $19 and the calamari was $18. The calamari is not your traditional calamari. Since they’re “calamari fries” it’s more like eating fish sticks. They were tasty though. Overall I came, I saw, I conquered. Good burger.

Thank goodness this was open late.
You have to be over 21 to sit inside. They do have patio seating with heaters.
We started with the wings. They were good. My brother got the chili soup. I got the burger it was okay, I think I didn’t really like the bacon on it.

Stopped in at Lucky Beaver in Tahoe on Friday around 4 for a late lunch and the place was already buzzing. We ordered the signature burgers and wow—honestly one of the best burgers I’ve had in a long time! Our server (pretty sure his name was Scott) was super friendly and attentive. He recommended the signature patty (a mix of 3 meats aged 50 days) and told us to get it medium—he was spot on. The burger was fresh, juicy, and packed with flavor.
I got tater tots on the side and they were perfect—crispy and delicious. My husband wasn’t as into his fries, said they were a little too hard, so next time we’ll just ask for them not so well done.
All in all, great spot, great vibe, and definitely a place we’ll be coming back to!
