We went here late in the afternoon for lunch and we found the restaurant was not that busy. When you see there aren’t lot of customers you would expect faster service right, but it took almost 30-40mins for our appetizer to arrive . Our main course took more 10mins to be served , thankfully both the edamame and drunken noodles were tasty. If there was something off about it then it would have been really disappointing.
The service here was super super slow and we realized the restaurant had multiple pick up orders and they were also very late on that.
The food here is tasty but the service is super super slow. I hope they work on that cause we could see the customers who were coming for pick up were also waiting for more than 15mins to pick up their order.

I very rarely write negative reviews, but my experience here was upsetting enough that I feel it needs to be shared. Our server, Samatha was incredibly rude and hostile, all because I mentioned that the wonton soup wasn’t served hot. To be clear, I did not bring it up to get anything comped — the soup was actually delicious — I simply felt the kitchen should know, because soup should be served hot.
When things continued to feel uncomfortable, I asked to speak with the manager, who was also named Samantha. She was extremely kind, professional, and helpful. I explained the situation, and she offered us a complimentary dessert, which I appreciated.
However, as we were waiting for our check, the server suddenly yelled that she would no longer be waiting on us and that we needed to speak to the manager again. At that point, I was absolutely shocked and livid. The manager seemed genuinely upset by the behavior and assured us it would be addressed.
The manager’s professionalism is the only reason this review is not a 1 star. I hope this was an isolated incident but the server, Samantha’s conduct was totally unacceptable and completely overshadowed an otherwise good dining experience.

I had to write this review because we had the worse experience at this restaurant. I asked the waitress for a cup of tap water and she said they only sell water by the bottle (okay that’s fine) but I watched how the rest of the tables were served tap water without any problem. Our party was still eating lunch when the waitress out of nowhere gave us our check when we didn’t ask for it. I wanted to order a beer after my lunch but I felt that the waitress basically kicked us out. The staff needs to focus more on customer service!

The shrimp dish we had was quite good but scallop was overly fishy. Service is ok but bit slow despite not being busy. Tends to be less crowded than the italian restaurant and the line to get in is shorter than the buffet so it’s convenient.

The service we received was good. We were greeted with a smile by the host and she was very helpful and patient when we asked questions.
The food however was nasty. My boyfriend’s rice tasted like it was a month old rice instead of a day old rice. My shrimp lo mein didn’t have an ounce of seasoning. I had to use some of the soy sauce from my dumplings to bring it to life a little. The chicken was dry. My dumplings however were amazing.
Overall I would go back for the dumplings and that’s about it.

I’m a regular at Lucky 8 Noodle + Sushi Bar and the service is always top-tier. Our waitress Samantha is amazing. She is professional, kind, and incredibly attentive. She makes every visit enjoyable and remembers the little details. Great food, great service, great vibes!

Extremely delicious food options with Japanese beer if interested. Very happy we ate there and will return. The sesame chicken was amazing and I highly recommend it. Prices were not that expensive. The place was crowded but I enjoyed everything including the atmosphere.

Wonderful food and courteous service. We eat Chinese food on a regular basis and found the Chicken Ho Fun noodles here to be exceptional. The mochi ice cream assortment was also very nice, with an attractive presentation. While the prices are a little higher than we are used to, it was worth it on this occasion. We plan to eat here again on our next trip to the casino.

I want to chicken and broccoli tonight taste like chicken broth taste like something. I would make at home and screw up.lol that’s my honest opinion case like something that should’ve been that couldn’t have been lol
Did they change the sauce? It’s weird I feel funny telling them, but their prices are expensive and i should tell them so the food only can get beter
The managers just came up to me and she’s gonna give me Steam chicken She was very polite. We both agreed there was a new chef on.
The waiters and waitresses are very very polite and they deserve a compliment for shure
The food is no reflection on them
But if it doesn’t taste right, make sure you tell these people so they fix it because it progressively getting worse as I said at the past five months
