Lucios is a great family restaurant. There are no reservations so get there early — as soon as the restaurant opens. The wait staff is great, friendly and informative about the dishes. A large salad is shared, delicious dressings. The entrees are huge so be prepared to share or take home a lot of food. My husband ordered the chicken parmigiana which was delicious, the red sauce was the best I’ve ever tasted.

The restaurant had a eloquent design that I love from any Italian restaurant, and the place made you feel that you were in Italy. The service was great and the waiter was great to, but the food was disappointing (besides the salad) to say the least. I ordered a Veal Marsala, which seen appealing at first, but turned out to be soggy, under seasoned, and soupy. The spaghetti was basic at best with marinara tasting like it came straight out of a jar of pre-made marinara. The Escargot were minimal and under flavored. Overall the place is lovely, but because of the food I don’t know about coming back.

The food is so good! So the only reason I am giving it only 3 stars is because of the service. It has the weirdest hours, but that’s not the point. The last 3 to 4 times we have called in they were either closed or have not been doing takeout. I just wanted their garlic rolls and some pasta because I had been sick, but no. Very disappointed. You could make much more profit if you did takeout and were open more then 3 hours and more then 3 days. You used to do takeout, which was just as good as eating in the restaurant, but I don’t know if you will again. Very sad that one of the best restaurants in Franklin won’t do takeout any more, very sad. But besides that, the food is excellent and would definitely recommend dining in.

We were greeted and seated quickly. They opened at 5 and we arrived @5:30. It was almost full and there was a waiting list when we left @6:30. I had the Spaghetti & Eggplant and my spouse had the Cannelloni. He said it was the best Cannelloni he has ever had!! The eggplant was cooked perfectly, not mushy or tough. We will go back again on our future trips to the area. Highly recommend!!

Restaurant was great! Beautiful inside and out. The employees were all amazing.the customers we’re fun while waiting. They open at 5 and don’t take reservations so most people waited 30-45 mins and it was worth the wait. Food was great! We got ravioli and tortellini. Unfortunately my phone died before I could take pictures. They brought salad and garlic rolls. Our waiter Anthony was great! Had a good personality, down to earth and had a sense of humor was quick and checked on us often.I’d definitely will eat here again next time I’m in town!

Fantastic food, cheerful acommodating and helpful staff . I was anxious about riding as reviews were all over the place. I wish they’d post prices along with menu list. They were very reasonable, worth the half hour drive we made. My kids, their friends and even my eye doctor raved about the place.

We didn’t have to wait to be seat as a party of two. Service was prompt and Kelly on spot. My husband ordered a chicken dish which he loved and I ordered the Shrimp Fra Diavlo, which was fresh and tasty, but not spicy as it should be. The salad and garlic rolls were delish. Prices, quality, and quantity were outstanding. We will return.

On vacation in Franklin and decided to try Lucios based on reviews and menu items. Best Italian food I’ve had in a long time! Everything was hot and fresh. Husband and son-in-law had chicken parmesan which both said was made with fresh chicken. I had the Florentine stuffed Shells that were absolutely delicious. My daughter had Eggplant parmesan which was delicious but a little too salty. The fried ravioli and fried zucchini were both perfect!!! So good that we intend to go back tomorrow with the grandsons!!!

Service was pleasant and courteous. A bit more teamwork between servers when walking by empty glasses would make it a 5-star. The food was 5-star, and I would highly recommend this Restaurant.
