Good food and friendly service. The fried pickles were delicious, as was the bacon-wrapped filet and lemon Italian cream cake. The sides were OK; they use red potatoes for their mashed potatoes, which gave them a flavor I wasn’t quite expecting and the hush puppies weren’t anything special.

Great spot to eat at if you’re traveling on Route 66. This place is full of nostalgia, and great atmosphere. The service was good, the food was AMAZING. Loved it. Even though I was just passing through, I hope to eat here again. Couldn’t be happier.

We were driving through and wanted something good to eat; we had originally stopped at a bbq place but they told us in no uncertain terms that the didn’t have anything I could eat ( I am gluten intolerant and if I get the slightest bit of gluten, I’m sick for days ) and that they could not guarantee that there would be no cross contamination because they don’t clean in between serving. We left that restaurant and found Lucille’s road house. We told the girl that I was gluten intolerant, they made sure that there was no cross contamination and that all of my food was gluten free. Not only was the service and our server amazing; but the food was the best. If you’re passing by you definitely want to stop in at Lucille’s; you won’t regret it.

After two days of Clinton all I can say if Good BYE, This is a rip off town. The hotels, the water park, the food. Lucilles has gotten the last dollar they will ever get from me. last night my ribs were cold, my daughters steak was well cooked on one side and seared on the other so it was bloody but tough. Amazing. Today a Cobb salad with three thin carrot coins, frozen and thawed cucumbers, no onion, 3 tomatoes and get this two slices of radishes. Lol Southwest egg rolls are just evil heartburn waiting to happen. I dont care if you just opened or running half staff, if you take my money you better be serving me food that I can eat, otherwise its theft. Luckily for this place they are next to a hotel so probably wont have the same customers that many times. Its sad this community had no good restaurant choices. Its worth your time and money to go to a real city. Last but jot least they forgot the forks and napkins for our to go order. You know why all this has happened? My first time here was really good. We did wait for at lest 5 min for someone to help us to a table and it wasn’t busy maybe 3 other customers at the time. But I know things happen and wouldn’t base my decision on going there on that. It was great for. I got the santafe salad. Very very good!!!

This is the second time we’ve tried to eat here. Both times food was burned and had to wait almost an hour to get our food the first time, and over an hour and a half the second time. Three tables that came in way after us got their food way before us. Will not be back and do not recommend. There are plenty of other restaurants in Clinton. Hard pass on this one.
