Extremely slow. For what it is, incredibly expensive, and highly mediocre. Staff is indifferent to the customers, both the ones in line and the ones waiting 30+ minutes for bad fast food. Outside of a casino, this place would close in a week. One would think that a place that charges $300/night would be ashamed and embarrassed to even have such a place on their property, but apparently not this casino.

We visit Wind Creek Montgomery often, but this was me and my husband’s first time experiencing Lucille’s. After our first visit, we were hooked! Now, you will definitely wait for a period of time, as they are serving casino members AND the public, but the wait was always worth it to us. Also, they’re open 24 hours, AND they’re cheaper than Itta Bena and the BB King’s Restaurant.
We ate there one to two times a day for all 3 days we were there, and every dish was delicious! The employees there were decent and professional, but one, Whitney, stood out! She was friendly, helpful, and went over and beyond…especially after she so kindly replaced my cheesecake I had not received the night before…always a friendly attitude and smile, and of all the thousands of people they serve, she remembers you…very personable, and she seems to solve issues quickly and effortlessly. Shout out to her!
Anywho, food was always hot, fresh, and good in our experience…from patty melts, to pork chop dinner, nachos, cheeseburgers, to even their lasagna dinner (with meat) everything perfect, and well worth the 10-20 minute wait.
Also, they give you a number that they call when your order is ready, and they even give customers 30 minutes to retrieve their order if they somehow become occupied or get on the slots or something. Great place to visit, go see Lucille’s!!!

Wait, how could this place get a 2.0 rating, such nice people. The casino is always busy and they’re working really hard to get everybody their food, the guy we really ran into when ordering, and getting our food did a great job for us was very personable and was super nice to everybody, his name was Red!!!

Catfish dinner was delicious, fish was seasoned perfect! Gave 3 stars due to being IN LINE TO ORDER with only 3 people ahead of me for over 30 MINUTES and then another 20 MINUTES to finally receive food is RIDICULOUS.

Wow, this was not what we expected. Hubby ordered the Hamburger Steak, which came with mashed potatoes, gravy and green beans. I ordered the pork chops, grilled. There were two of them and the meal came with Mac & Cheese and green beans. All was cooked perfectly, both meats were juicy and everything was delicious.

This restaurant has its hits and misses. Recently visit the restaurant after work.. I l usually check my food but I order egg roll before it was so delicious and HOT. As I got in car to head home I bite into the first egg roll it was warm on one side and cool on other. I was hungry I ate the first egg. The second one… OMG wasn’t even warm. Brick cold!!! Like literally they didn’t take to the time to warm it up at all. I Live 30 miles out so I want to make it home before it start to rain. I warm it up when I got home. My mistake indeed. Always check your food especially from this restaurant smh.

I wish I would have read these reviews before I got food from there. You can’t change your order if she already rang it up even if you just ordered so you know they hadn’t worked on the order yet. You can’t substitute side items. The chicken party wings were fat and not good. Someone else in my party said theirs was not good either. Nothing really good to say about this place.

The manager was very kind but the cook was very rude. My order was 469 and the customer behind me had 472 and she got her order before I got mine. It was the exact same order I’ll never come again and I canceled my order and the manager compensated me With a bag of chips and a Coca-Cola thanks to the manager because I was really hungry I will never try and eat at Lucille‘s again !

They are the worst of the worst in the food industry! To name it Lucille’s is disrespectful!!! How is this place still in business? Every single cashier and attendant has the worst attitude EVER! WHEN IS WINDCREEK GOING TO DO A REALITY CHECK? Went on 7/20/24 at 1:10pm if this helps WINDCREEK any to narrow down the exact mostly professional employees you have! ATTITUDE! ATTITUDE! ATTITUDE!!!!!!!!!!! You know and we know you know!!! Do something about it!!! NO more MONTGOMERY for us! You get better service at Quincys 777 and they are terrible!. Just close it and start over!. Waited 30 minutes for chicken wings that were cold! What a joke! By the dates and the numerous 1 stars, I think we should all write Jon Taffer and do a reality show here. That would be a great way to wake them up!
